Chapter 28: Continental Tournament Part 3

-A letdown & end of first day-

-Time skip-

Right now in Xyrus, it is 7:00 pm and it's turning dark but thankfully there are many lights that are eliminating the Arena.

" Hello everyone and Welcome back for our last match of the day so without further ado let's call them out and give them a good cheer," the announcer said as everyone started cheering as the contestants started coming out into the Arena 

" So is that person the oldest called Argin that you told us about Daewi?" Freya asked Daewi while they were all looking at the Arena 

"Yeah that's him and to be honest his fighting style is the most brutal out of any of ours when he gets angry, plus don't tell anyone this but he's a bit of a battle junky," Daewi told with a bead of sweat going down his face remembering when Daewi and Argin fought they usually end up fighting for hours on end

"Huh so like a more violent and crazed version of me when I fight then," Eris said pointing to herself as Daewi tilted his head from side to side gesturing a maybe 

"Yeah basically," he said as they watched the final match for the day 

-with Argin-

As Argin got into his position he slapped both sides of his face and put his game face on 

'Alright let's do this but who should I go for first?' he questioned before looking at someone who he had in mind and grinned before warming up his legs by jumping up and down

"Now let's start the countdown," The announcer said as everyone started counting with him

"3!"

Argin was now done warming up and put on his fist and leg armaments before getting into a running stance 

"2!" 

Bairon and Olfred pulled out their respective weapons and got into a position 

"1!" 

Argin then closed his eyes and made mana go throughout his entire body and took a large breath in.

"Fight!" everyone said as everyone began to fight 

And while Olfred and Bairon went into the fight immediately Argin was focusing on his breathing until he heard footsteps in front of him he was forced to stop his focus and duck under the punch of a human female before she used his left arm to punch her in the face and sent her flying back and knocked out 

"Well there goes my original plan," he said before he started running into the battle and fighting people left and right while dodging hits and countering them which knocked them out or broke bones.

[50 people left] 

'ok  now just gotta find someone who's strong cause this is boring' he thought before seeing a lightning strike hit a far-off area from him and saw people get sent flying

[30 people left]

"I have to get this done quickly' Bairon thought as he was fighting many elves who looked at him with hate and dwarfs who he pissed off
