Previously, on the Reverse 1999, Chapter 18:

What a stressful day. It certainly takes a toll on even the toughest of people. You know, it's enough to make anyone want to shed a tear. But hey, let's not overthink things. It's tough these days, isn't it? Everything seems to be going wrong. However, it's not all bad. You know why? Because we are in this together. We're ALL in this together. So let's just keep trying to have a good laugh even in the midst of this craziness. Because if we don't laugh, we'll cry. So let's laugh together. Because laughter is the best medicine. After all, life is too short to worry too much about the little things, right?

Yeah, you know what? Maybe we could try to make some contacts and hang out with people before the storm hits again. The storm of stress, that is. It certainly is hard to find time to mingle and meet people these days. But it doesn't hurt to try. You know, I just might be amazed at how many people are out there looking for a friendly connection. And who knows, you might just find that special someone who will change everything. You know what they say? Life is all about connections. You may meet your soulmate or best friend. You never know what could happen.

What was that again? That last part? Oh hell yes, psychological attacks are troublesome. But who in their right mind would resort to such a heinous act? Well, let me tell you, only the most deranged and psychotic. You've heard of 'words can kill', correct? These are the types of people who think words are weapons. They wield them with reckless abandon. It can drive you over the edge. It can drive you insane.

Vertin's wound of the past is now re-opened due to that incident. Her heart is aching, and it breaks her to see it. It's painful to see her like this. Her wound was almost healed. Now, all those feelings are rushing back in with a vengeance. It's like an emotional tsunami inside her. Her heart bleeds with the pain of her past and the present...

Fortunately, there is light at the end of the tunnel. A certain person who resembled her dear friend stepped in and healed her. It truly is a miracle. A beacon of hope. An angel in disguise. Just when all the lights seemed dark, a candle of hope. Isn't that great? Sometimes, when most people need it the most, the stars align to offer them the salvation we seek. It's a sign of fate that leads the way. This certainly gave Vertin a much-needed emotional lift. She finally started to feel better, a bright light that pierced the darkness within her. This was like an instant balm for her wounds. This person was like an angel sent to help her. And she'll always be grateful for that.

What's this now? 'Accidentally intimacy'? Wow, it seems like things are taking an unexpected turn. Intimacy - that dreaded word! It sure can bring about a lot of awkwardness, embarrassment and confusion. But hey, don't worry, sometimes the unexpected can lead to something more pleasant. Maybe 'accidentally intimacy' is exactly what you need. It certainly can ease the pain and trauma on a deep emotional level. But let me ask you something: did this incident happen accidentally? Or was it perhaps orchestrated and orchestrated by fate? Either way, this is a welcome surprise.

It truly was like a divine intervention. A blessing in disguise. After all the heartache and pain, this was a miracle she was not expecting. But it was certainly a much appreciated one. Perhaps there truly was some magic left in the world, after all. There's something about the kindness of strangers that is deeply humbling and touching. Let's embrace it and ride out this wave of unexpected joy, shall we? After all, who knows where it can lead? Perhaps it is indeed a sign of things to come for Vertin...
