Previously, on the Reverse 1999, Chapter 10:
Look who's back in Vienna again! It's you, of course. What's your game this time? I wouldn't put it beyond you to have some secret scheme up your sleeve. After all, you have a habit of keeping things under wraps, don't you? But hey, I won't press you for details. You'll just spin some yarn about your latest caper and leave me none the wiser. Your secrecy makes everyone wonder what you're up to. Is it yet another one of your dastardly schemes? Whatever it is, you keep it close to your chest.
You know what I admire about you? Your knack for being completely unpredictable. People assume they know your intentions, they think they have you figured out. But little do they know, you're playing an entirely different game. It's not about being in line or having clear goals. No, it's the exact opposite of what everyone thinks you're after. You're a total wildcard. And I love that about you. Nobody can pin you down. You're the ace up the sleeve in the deck of life. Keep 'em guessing.
Timekeeper's storm countdown is a flashy spectacle, a display of numbers in NE-2 bulbs that captures my attention like a beacon. On the other hand, you prefer something more subtle, classic even. Your choice is a traditional pocket watch, a timepiece that's both reliable and understated. While Timekeeper's method is eye-catching and innovative, yours is more refined, a representation of your own unique style. Maybe it's a reflection of your personality, preferring practicality, however, it is not far different, both of the devices still serve the same purpose and function.
But who cares anyway, who the hell cares about the new order? About their secret agenda? It's not your concern, not your problem to worry about. Who cares about who's in charge and what their plans are, to hell with their agenda! You've got your own goals and objectives to focus on. This new order, this new world order, whatever they're calling it, is not your concern.
You don't have the time or energy to worry about their grand plans and schemes. You've got your own life to live, your own destiny to fulfill. So let them wallow in their power struggles and Machiavellian machinations. as long as you get to live your life in peace and avoid any unnecessary trouble. It's like not your circus, not your monkeys, right?
"He's the Devil"
The time was still early in the morning, the sun shining brightly upon the city of Vienna. He was standing, waiting, his pocket watch held in his hand. He was perplexed, he had expected the Manus to have already carried out their sinister plan. He glanced down at his pocket watch, casually checking the time as if he had all the time in the world.
Raising his eyebrows, it seems like not only the Foundation is playing their games, but the Manus as well. It wasn't just the bureaucracy who had multiple branches, but it seemed that the terrorist group was also no exception. The organization seemed to be even more widespread than he had initially thought.
And Y/N then asked a bizarre question, "When will World War I start?,"
Was he looking forward to the beginning of a global conflict? It's like he actually wanted the first world war to happen, as if he was eager to see history unfold. What kind of person asks such a question? Like seriously, dude, is he from this era or something? It's like asking when the horse drawn carriages are coming back. Seriously, he needs to update his calendar.
