Third POV

The monochromatic analog clock read a little past three in the morning.

Izuku laid flat on his back, staring up at the ceiling.

He felt terrible.

He looked over to the Alpha that laid beside him.

Katsuki Bakugo.

The man currently threatening him and his pup's life, and had already taken the life of his husband.

He was expected to sleep next to him because some of the guest bedrooms weren't adequate enough.

Whatever that was supposed to mean.

Izuku was given a hoodie and a 24k gold plated necklace, that he wasn't to remove so he could be properly identified with household security, before being told to make do with it as they figured out the rest of his clothing situation in the morning.

Izuku wasn't sure anymore.

He had been with Awase; the love of his life for three years now. Izuku didn't think he was capable of harming even a fly.

He was charming, funny and made Izuku and Akiko feel like nothing could ever happen to them.

But now, here he was.

"Akiko..." Izuku's inner omega howled out for, hoping his five month old baby girl was okay.

When being escorted from the offsite office to this large estate-like manor, Izuku wasn't allowed to hold her or do anything for fear he might try and pull a fast one.

They told him where her bedroom would be, although Izuku wasn't sure if anyone would be there monitoring as well.

Perhaps, they were accounting for Izuku to not leave considering what was at stake.

He and Akiko would both be killed.

A low snore sounded in the bedroom, as Izuku peered over to Katsuki was still asleep.

Izuku would've been inclined to take his pillow and smother Katsuki so hard he would die from asphyxia, but then again, Katsuki had people patrolling the area.

Aside from that, Izuku's eyes had wandered to Katsuki's incredibly toned body and muscular biceps. He'd probably be able to overpower Izuku and then some.

And if that didn't work, then perhaps the pistol that sat all too menacingly on the Alpha's nightstand proved to be more deterring.

Izuku shook his head, looking back at the clock that read only a minute had passed, before back up to the ceiling.

He pressed a hand to his chest that felt sore from a lack of feeding.

Izuku didn't think he could wait up all night, until he could see Akiko.

He slowly shifted his body, inching closer and closer to the edge before slowly rising.
