Third POV

"Well?" Shoda's voice broke through the silence of his home living room.

There his subordinates were gathered around to explain the news.

"Well, we spotted Eijirou Kirishima and Mezo Shoji collecting the dam and pup after we had given them our little surprise earlier today."  An Alpha by the name of Sen Kaibara answered.

He brushed his shaggy dark brown hair back, turning to his partner, Reiko Yanagi, an omega who had white hair that partially covered up her face.

"Indeed. Of course, as instructed they weren't killed, merely nicked to see what would happen." Yanagi answered, "And to say they looked scared would be the understatement of the year."

"Whatever it is that Bakugo has them doing, whether it'd be trailing or attempting to keep Awase's omega and pup hostage to find out where his washed cash went is, it's obvious Izuku is vital."

Kodai nodded in agreement, "now that we know this much, we need to know our next course of action."

Shoda scratched the back of his head, looking up to the clock that read a little past eight pm.

"We'll lay low for now," Shoda instructed, "We don't want to draw any more unnecessary attention to ourselves until we can fleece more money from Bakugo."

"We'll wait for another opening then make our move."

His gaze then wandered to Kodai, raising his brows, "Do you happen to know the next upcoming event of Bakugo's close knit of subordinates?"

"As much as this man tries to deny it as we've seen in past conferences, it's clear he does care for them to a certain extent.

"Unfortunately I don't," Kodai bowed, "However, I believe Tokage is still friends with one of them, so I can instruct her to find out."

"I'd ask Komori, but she's still with Kamakiri with damage control with the authorities due to the park incident."

"Tell her not to get too close, remember we were the cause of a incident and we don't want to raise the alarms for them just yet." Shoda added, earning bows from all of his subordinates.

He then clapped, finding himself rather ready to curl up into bed after a 'successful' day.

A silence had befallen the manor.

A complete 180 from how the day originally started.

Presently, Katsuki was in his office,

"Alright, thanks Todoroki," Katsuki spoke, placing down the office phone, after asking a favor from one of his 'acquaintances'.

He'd given Todoroki the task of figuring out who was there at the park that started shooting at Izuku and Akiko.

He then got up from his seat, staring outside that was now dark and the moon that was high in the sky.
