Prologue

In the land of Teyvat that took place centuries ago,
A god walked proud, in elegance she show,
With a facade so great and followers too,
She ruled in peace, so that her appearance will maintain through.

"They met by chance, in a place so obscure
And while their backgrounds could not be more different, their hearts beat in unison."

One, pure and noble, the other, dark and wild;
Yet in their hearts, they both felt the same deep urge as that of a child.

"They talked, they laughed, they shared, and as they fell, they decided to open up their shell."

She was the god of justice, and she was a yaksha who fought relentless;
But it was their love that bridged the gap between them nevertheless.

"And in each other's arms, they found a love that knew no bounds."

Author's note:

•The first chapters' point of views will be based with a third, then to Y/n's and the rest will most likely be Furina's.

•Yakshas, just like Xiao are illuminated beasts. They prefer to take humanoid forms, but their true forms are believed to be animals— but I didn't create one for Y/n since her beast form is not that major in this story ehe.

• Y/n's yaksha alias: Yingxue.

•Ying (影), meaning "shadow", which is a concept that can represent a person's presence, even in their absence.

•Xue (雪), meaning "snow" which also means that Y/n's Vision will be Cryo.

•Special Chapters— probably (18+) will be added once the story reached its epilogue after being updated.

•Lastly, this book contains a lot of angst so... Enjoy— suffering~
