I stared at Wilbur in shock, who just acted like it was normal. "What?" Wilbur asked, tilting his head slightly at me. He took the eggs out of the pan using a spatula and then placed them on a plate with two slices of toasted bread. He hummed as he placed the dish in front of Fundy, then kissed his forehead before cracking more eggs.

"F-Fundy-" I stammered, looking at the limp corpse, then at Wilbur, then back at the corpse. He hummed in response, still cheerful. "Oh, him? Yeah, I gave him a bath, then brushed his hair. He was covered in dirt!" He said with a smile, making eggs for himself. He paused, then smiled at me. "Want me to make you some breakfast too?" He asked, but I shook my head, wondering if I should run or go ahead with making myself coffee.

"N-No, It's fine, Will. I'm not too hungry." I mumbled, deciding to do the latter and make myself some coffee. As I made a cup of coffee, I couldn't help but watch Fundy. All the blood was washed off his body, but his mouth... God, it was terrible. There were chunks cut off and wire poking out of multiple places, and it made my stomach churn as I looked at the poor boy. I forced myself to look away and focused on the strong smell of the coffee, clenching my eyes shut as I hear Wilbur tell Fundy to finish his food.

What on earth was going on?

Ranboo looked at Quackity with wide eyes, completely frozen. Tubbo slowly turned his head to look at Quackity, having finished throwing up. "Sorry, what?" He said, looking at Quackity like he was crazy. Quackity sighed and closed his eyes, pinching his nosebridge.

"Yeah. Turns out... Tommy's an avian. That stuff you see moving under his skin?" He said, motioning to Tommy's back. Everyone looked at Tommy's back and Quackity nodded. "That's his wings. It'll take roughly six hours for them to completely come out." Quackity said, looking at Tommy nervously. Purpled looked at Quackity in disbelief.

"You're telling me he's going to be screaming like this for six hours?!" Purpled said in disbelief. Quackity nodded. "Unfortunately, yes. Getting your wings is painful as hell. Luckily, I didn't have to get my wings, since I was born with them." He shuddered slightly. "But why is he getting his wings now..? He's an adult!" Ranboo sputtered and Quackity frowned slightly.

"Huh. I don't know... Even late bloomers usually get their wings around thirteen... but I guess for certain species it depends. It takes some time to unlock the ability to get your wings. For those species, at least." He said, looking at Tommy in confusion. He sighed and pinched his nosebridge. "I don't even know how Tommy is an avian. They're almost practically extinct..." He muttered, then walked over to Tommy's closet. He opened it, then looked at Tommy's clothes.

"Tubbo, Ranboo, grab as many of your clothes as you can." He said, and Tubbo left without a question, but Ranboo was confused. "Why-" He started, but Quackity cut him off. "We'll use the clothes to make a nest for him. It helps to smell someone you love when you're getting your wings. Plus, the alternative is using branches, which will definitely not be comfortable yet." He said, grabbing some of his clothes and looking at Tommy's bed.

He sighed, then dumped them on the floor near his wall. He dumped the remaining clothes on the floor, then spread them in a circular shape. Tubbo and Ranboo quickly returned, carrying all their clothes. Quackity told them to dump them in the pile, and soon they created a nest big enough to hold four people. Quackity quickly shapeshifted into a duck and used his webbed feet to smooth out the nest of clothes, curling up into a ball in the middle, and wiggling slightly before stepping out and shapeshifting back into a human.

"Done."
