Six Minutes After Round One’s Conclusion: 6:41 PM: NGS Studios In Kanto: June 6, 2023,

The music started back up again. Charlie was ready and standing at his podium.

“Alright, we’re back on in twenty seconds!” Charlie heard somebody say.

“Five, four, three, two! Alright, we're rolling!” Charlie heard the same person say a few seconds later.

“Welcome back everybody to ‘Big Money Wheel’! You’ve come at a good time because we have changed up the wheel a little, increasing a few values. The 100,000 Pokedollar space is still there, ($1000), but we have also added a 250,000 Pokedollar space, too! ($2500) Without further ado, here is the puzzle for round two! The category is Phrase!” Charles said

The puzzle looked like this:

_ _ _ _ _ _    _ _ _ _ _ _

“Charlie, you get to start this round,” Charles said

Charlie bent down and spun the wheel.

“90,000 Pokedollars. ($900)” Charles said

“T,” Charlie said

“One T. You have 90,000 Pokedollars ($900)” Charles said

The puzzle:

_ _ _ T _ _     _ _ _ _ _ _

“I’d like to buy a vowel,” Charlie said,

“Okay, you now have 65,000 Pokedollars ($650), which vowel would you like?” Charles asked

“A!” Charlie said

“One A,” Charles said

The puzzle now looked like this:

_ A _ T _ _    _ _ _ _ _ _

“I’ll spin,” Charlie said. Then he spun the wheel.

“Oh no!” Charlie said

He had landed on Stock Crash and lost all his cash.

“Well, that sucks. Unfortunately, this also means your turn is lost as well. We go to you, Tom.” Charles said

It did eventually make it back to Charlie with the puzzle looking like this:

_ARTL_    _ LO_ _ _

Charlie bent down and spun the wheel.

“Look at this! Big money! 250,000 Pokedollars! ($2500)” Charles said

“P!” Charlie said

“One P,” Charles said

The puzzle:

PARTL_    _ LO_ _ _

“I’ll buy a vowel. E!” Charlie said

“You’ll go down to 225,000 Pokedollars, and there is no E. ($2250)” Charles said

Tom spun the wheel

“85,000 Pokedollars. ($850)” Charles said

“Y!” Tom said

“Two Y’s. That’s 170,000 Pokedollars worth of Y’s. ($1700) Add that to your 30,000 Pokedollars, ($300), and you now have 200,000 Pokedollars. ($2000)” Charles said

The puzzle now looked like this:

PARTLY    _LO_ _Y

“I’d like to solve it, Charles,” Tom said
