"Just tell me what's going on, Doc."
"You're pregnant."
"...Hah?!"
Recovery Girl sighed, handing her clipboard to Katsuki to see for himself. On it was an x-ray scan of Katsuki's pelvis, spine, and the upper part of his femurs. Right below where his navel would be was a big, white splotch of mass the size of a grapefruit.
"What the hell am I looking at?! This doesn't look anything like a baby! This might be the leftovers I had from Shitty Hair's shitty cooking yesterday!" Katsuki exclaimed.
The elderly woman bopped his head with her cane. "Not likely since the blob is located where your womb would be. Look at the results on the other page, child!"
Katsuki huffed, then read the information below:

Location: Omega womb
Diagnosis: Possible pregnancy
Incubation Period: Unknown error! Further testing is required!

"N-No, no, no...this can't be right! I can't be pregnant! I got kicked in the abdomen! This is impossible!!!" Katsuki screeched, flinging the clipboard away. Just as he finally became comfortable being an omega, shit like this happens to set him back. One step forward, two steps way fucking back.
"Unfortunately, the results say it's possible," she said, grabbing the clipboard from the edge of the bed. "I believe your current predicament occurred the night when you had unprotected sex with Midoriya, which means you're nearly three weeks pregnant. I can do a full screening and see what's going on in there. It doesn't look like a regular pregnancy either. That mass shouldn't be so dense—"
"No."
Recovery Girl paused at the refusal, shocked. "Excuse me?"
"No, I don't want to know. I can't- I can't.... Because if it's true, then...Deku. He'll be in prison. If he finds out he's having one himself and isn't here with me, it'll break him. I just can't do that to him. Please..." Katsuki was shedding tears. Fuck, is this pregnancy hormones?
"I'll give you time to process, Bakugou. But I do need confirmation as to what's going on within you. You are still under my care as a UA student. If this is not some kind of fluke and you truly are pregnant and deny my medical advice, I'll make sure Principal Nezu has you permanently grounded. Understand?"
Katsuki gulped, then nodded, looking down at his belly covered by his UA gym clothes. So there's an actual baby in me? Technically, a pup—the correct term for children of omegas, I guess. It sounds weird, but this whole situation is already weird as fuck.
"Alright. Come Monday morning, you can give me a decision of how you want to go forward."
"Decision? Wha-What decision?"
Recovery Girl gripped her cane tightly, staring intensely at Katsuki. "Bakugou, being pregnant while enrolled in UA is going to be grueling but not impossible. However, it's unlikely you will graduate on time. You have to make a decision if you want to...keep it."
Katsuki's eyes widened at the implication. "Abortion?" His omega growled at the suggestion, to his surprise.
Recovery Girl made no mention of the reaction. "Yes. That's an option. I'm sure it will be a difficult choice for you to make, but I want you to think about your future and the possibility of raising a child as a single parent."
