I knew he would say something like that. Everybody does it but I know, deep down, they all want gifts. I mean, who doesn't?

I smiled proudly to myself for this comeback.

I watched as the three dots were going in a wave and waited for his answer.

It took some time until Henry answered me back. I almost thought he wouldn't respond to me.

But when he sent me the photo, I had to put one hand over my eyes because holy moly. It was a shirtless selfie of Reed in the bathroom. At least he had pants on. He had a toothbrush in his mouth and a silver necklace hanging around his neck.

I had to put my cold hands on my face to stop it from heating more than it already does.
