Dianna, in her most compassionate state pulled me to the side of the stage during commercial break bago niya pa ako tawagin sa itaas. "Okay ka lang ba?"
Tumango ako, not understanding what she meant.

An off-shoulder short summer dress. Puti ang background at may mga anthuriums. The bodice fitted me well at maluwang sa laylayan.
"Saan ka nagbihis?"
Kumunot ang noo ko. "What do you know?"
"Alam ng lahat na may sumundo sa iyo sa airport. BlueForce ang mga security. People were thinking na nasa mga Castiglione ka ngayon."
Kahit nagulat ako ay inulit ko ang tanong. "Again, what do you know?"
She sighed. "Sa amin na nakakakilala kay Brett, siyempre iniisip namin na si Brett 'yon."
I just nodded.
"Is it Brett?" she asked frowning.
I reluctantly nod.
"Okay, I know that you know that people want blood from me. Sabihin mo sa akin kung ano ang hindi ko puwedeng itanong sa iyo sa itaas."
I sighed. Dianna had been my friend for a while. She trusted me with her work and life. And I do not trust anyone in this industry more than I trust her. "You can ask me anything, Dianna. Ako ang bahala."
"Are you sure?"
"As sure as I'm standing here."
She stared at me before nodding.
Sumenyas ang director at napalingon kami.
She looked back at me.
We nodded at each other bago siya umakyat sa stage na may set up ng magarang living room. Umupo siya sa isa sa mga armchairs.
Cameras were all around. The director's countdown for my friend started.
Dianna: We're back! And as promised, today we have a very special guest. I am so excited to let you know that this is the first time she will appear live on TV. Nakikita lang natin siya sa mga videos niya which was mostly made at home. I had this amazing opportunity to meet her in a very unexpected way. At bago pa humaba ang kuwento ko, let us welcome, one of the very dear friends that I treasured most. Ladies and Gentlemen, Ms. Gem Hillario!
Dianna stood and welcomed me with a hug on stage. She was wearing a spaghetti-strapped black short dress na tulad ng suot ko ay maluwang ang laylayan.
Sobrang contrast nga ng suot namin. She was the epitome of midnight class while I was the easy summer class.
Bumalik siya sa inuupuan niya after giving me a bouquet of tulips in varieties of colors.
Inilapag ko iyon sa center table at naupo sa armchair na katapat ng inuupuan ni Dianna.
