Chapter 9

Destiny P.O.V

My mom called me down stairs. It was Joshua.. I told him I forgave him, but in reality i'm still mad at him. I know, I know, why would you lie to him? You wouldn't understand. I finally have him, in my life.. as a boyfriend. That is all I ever asked for, and it finally happened. And my feelings currently aren't going to ruin that relationship. At this point, if we break up.. it will never be the same. 

I went to the door, and opened it. I felt like crap, I was wearing boxers, a tee shirt, and some socks. My hair was down, and straight. I seen his hazel eyes, and I realized why I ever fell in love with him. 

"Hey babe" He said kissing me. "Hey" I said kissing back. I wasn't mad anymore, I loved him too much to let him go. "Come in" I said opening the door all the way. He walked in and we went up to my room. My mom was too busy cleaning and cooking in the kitchen to say hello. "You look amazingggg, as always." He said patting my bed. "I'm in love with you" I said frozen standing by my door, and looking directly at him. My eyes were light brown, but turn hazel. Currently, they were hazel.. making me and Joshua look adorable together, well more then we did.

"I'm more in love with you" He said smiling. He smiled in a way that gave me goosebumps. He smirks and smiles at the same time, it kinda goes to the side. Its amazing, just like him. "Sit next to me" he said patting the seat. I sat down. "This reminds me of the bus" I said smiling. "I have something for you," he said smirking again. I got shivers. He went on one knee, I was in shock. No way, we're too young! I'm not ready! He took out a box, with a PROMISE ring! Thank GOD! I didn't want to hurt his feelings, and ruin everything. "Destiny," *mhmm* he cleared his throat. "Destybear, will you promise to love me forever, and be the one I always needed?" he asked. "Of course!" I started crying. He really did this for me?

He put the ring on my finger, and we kissed. I hugged him tightly and he picked me up. When he let me down, I ran downstairs to show my mother. "Mom!" I said running into the kitchen. "Yes sweetie?" she asked. "Josh got me a promise ring!" I said putting my hand out. "That is so amazing!" She said. She hugged me and kissed my forehead. "I have to go to work, but there's food, drinks, everything you need, if you want.. you and Josh can go into the pool for a swim." My mom said getting her purse and car keys. "Love you mom" I said. "Love you too" she said closing the front door as she left.
