There's nothing safer than your childhood home. That's what Vivi thinks.

The first breath of air inside the place of your childhood memories after a long time always gives you the shivers, whether the memories are fond or upsetting.

It's been seven years.

Seven long years since the last time Vivi was here.

After injuring her knee and being forced to leave the ballet school in Paris, she moved back to South Korea to live with her father. To pursue something else rather than her dreams. It's her father's dreams now that she's trying to reach.

Her mother would never let her do such thing but what can you do when you have nothing else going on in your life?

It's all very familiar but at the same time very foreign to Vivi as she steps in through the similar double doors she has at home. Leaving her ballerinas near the door she walks further inside while looking around like a curious child.

It's quiet. I need to fix that.

It's much cooler than outside. That doesn't need fixing.

The hall is big and spacious, echo-y even. She remembers doing cartwheels and practicing her ballet routines here because the actual dance studio the house has was too far away from everyone else. Too far away from her mother, who loved to watch her dance anyways.

"Hello!"

This sudden greeting in french travels to Vivi's ears and echos around the hall for a moment or two. A younger woman catches her eye. She flies down the stairs in a black maid uniform with her hair up in a tight bun.

"Hello." Vivi greets her back in her mother to gue that she hasn't been speaking in a good while, "I'm Vivianne Park." she adds since she hasn't seen that woman before, who seems to be in her twenties or late twenties.

"Vivianne Park, how lovely to meet you. I'm Cosette, the maid." the woman hurries to her since Vivi's already stretching out her hand for her. After straightening the hem of her dress, she takes her hand and they greet each other profoundly, "I just finished with the house. There's fresh sheets in two bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. I'm leaving for the day but if there's anything you need, my phone number is already saved in the intercom. Just press 4 and it will call me."

She carries herself with confidence, doesn't seem nervous and appears to be precise in her work. Vivi's impressed by it, thanks her for what she's already done for them.

"I'm sure I'll manage. You don't have to worry about me calling you outside your work hours." Vivi smiles, reassures she'll be able to relax but Cosette doesn't find it funny.
