"So it's not easy?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. Gon nodded, while Killua said: "I thought you just had to stick bait on a hook, and you could fish." Gon held his fishing rod, saying: "Yeah. You have to think like a fish." "Think like a fish?"
"Yep! How would a fish feel if it saw bait dangling in front of it? Give me that." said Gon, holding his hand out. Killua gave him the hook back, and we both watched as Gon threw it into Tonpa's cup. "Woah! That's amazing, Gon!" I said, smiling. Killua said: "Let me try." "Sure!"
Killua aimed, then threw the hook, asking: "Like this?" The hook landed a bit behind Leorio's legs. Gon laughed a little, saying: "You missed." "Just watch." said Killua with a grin, pulling on the fishing rod.
The hook got caught on Leorio's pant leg, causing me to laugh. Leorio woke up, asking: "What are you doing? Hey..." "Just as planned!" called Killua out, a wide smile on his face.
For a moment, I lost myself in his eyes. They're so similar to mine. His eyes have seen so many things he shouldn't have seen. They told stories that words could never describe. Stories so dark and bloody that they could easily be pushed back and forgotten. But we both didn't. I can tell.
"It's your turn, (Y/N)." said Gon, holding the fishing rod out towards me. I snapped out of my thoughts, saying: "Oh, right." "What were you thinking about?" asked Killua, looking at me with his curious eyes.
I smiled a little, taking the hook into my hand as I got ready to throw it over to Kurapika. "You." I answered shortly, throwing the hook. It landed on the desk that Kurapika was sitting at, exactly where I had wanted it to go.
"Us?" asked Killua, to which I said: "No, just you, Killua." I pulled the fishing rod back, watching as the hook caught onto a pen, bringing it over to us. Killua had turned to look away, covering his face with his arm as I caught the hook with the pen on it.
I grinned as I happily said: "I caught it! Look, it's a special and super rare kind of pen-fish. They look like pens to confuse predators." Gon laughed, with me joining in. Killua finally looked back at us, his cheeks still slightly red.

Jumping into the air, the only girl in the room caught the pillow thrown her way. She grinned as she caught it, saying: "Ha! I got it!" It was then that two more were thrown her way, surprising her greatly. She was hit, and fell to the ground with a loud thud.
The two boys chuckled, only waiting for her to get up. However, she didn't move a single muscle. Sharing a quick look, the two of them grew a bit worried. "(Y/N)?" asked Gon, starting to approach her.
"You okay?" added Killua, following right after him. She still didn't move, causing them to worry even more. By now, even Kurapika and Leorio were watching, not sure if they should intervene.
The girl was laying on the ground motionless, three pillows laying around her. "Uh-oh. Killua, I think (Y/N)'s out." said Gon, panicking slightly. They were both about to touch her, wanting to check if she was alright.
In that moment, she suddenly moved, throwing two pillows at them. The sheer force of her throw send them back quite a bit. They slid back on the floor, with Gon even falling over in the process.
Killua looked over at Gon, then back at (Y/N), just in time to see the third pillow fly his way. He went to dodge, only to suddenly feel a presence behind him. He had no time to react as he was thrown to the ground.
And before he knew it, (Y/N) was straddling him, pinning his wrists on either side of his head. It took him a second to realize, but as soon as he did, his face flushed red, and he turned his head away, not able to look into her eyes.
She grinned, proudly saying: "I won! I got you both on the ground at the same time!" Gon got up, chuckling as he said: "Man, that was a good throw. You're so strong, (Y/N)!" Her smile brightened as she replied: "Thanks!"
She then looked back at Killua, who was still beneath her. "You're a bit easy to overpower, for an assassin." she said, a mocking smile on her face. He looked up at her, a challenging grin taking over his face. "Oh? You're challenging me?" "What if I am?"
Within less than a second, Killua had managed to flip them around, now pinning (Y/N) onto the ground. She simply laughed as Killua smiled, proud that he managed to overpower her. "I'm stronger than you, huh?" he mocked her, grinning.
"You sure?" she asked, a knowing look in her eyes. Tightening his grip on her wrists, Killua pushed her down with his weight, saying: "Just try to get back up." "Alright." she replied, feeling how he increased the strength of his grip once more.
He was quite strong. His physical capabilities by far outranked most adults she had seen and fought. And that intrigued her. She finally found someone just as strong and odd as her. Someone she didn't have to fight. Someone she could just be herself with.
Feeling his back hit the ground, Killua blinked a few times, then asked: "Wh-What? But I-" (Y/N) laughed, saying: "We're pretty even when it comes to fighting experience. You're more deadly than me, and I'm physically stronger than you. It's as easy as that."
She just stared into his eyes as he tried to find the right words to say. She began to zone out, just taking in the details of his pale face. She hadn't been this close to him before. He returned her gaze, losing himself in her mesmerizing, (e/c) eyes.
"What should we play next? (Y/N) won, so that's one win for each of us!" said Gon, keeping track of their wins. Releasing his wrists, (Y/N) got off Killua, saying: "How about rock-paper-scissors next? Or the game where someone draws and the others have to guess it?" "You mean pictionary?" asked Killua, dusting himself off. "Yeah, that!"
