Any plant can become a weed
And, several considered a weed are medicine or food to somePerspectives like this can be applied to our human experience
Our coexistence survives on an achieved balance
Like a pendulum swings to exact regular timeVibrato in singing sustains a note
It's always about balanced successTo balance our world, we need an adapter
A new source of leadership
Our method of choosing leaders is unbalanced
Big money doesn't necessarily qualify good leaders or balance
And socialism is not a solution
Neither is communism or authoritarianism
Still, we need a balance to sustain a successful human existenceThe way we choose our leaders needs improvement
So I propose an idea that, like America itself, may seem an impractical solutionSo here it is:
We break down this process by a very localized vetting system everywhere
Each county in each state chooses a willing candidate to be entered into a nationwide algorithm for consideration
Details are always details to be worked out as usual
Some counties would have successful results
Some counties would have no one to offer or no one willing
But all had an opportunityWe would no longer need to depend on blaming the other party for every problem
Or lie to cover inemptnessThere is a reason that they placed a statue of a native American goddess on the top of our capitol building in Washington, DC
Our government was fashioned by observing a united tribes native American government
Which successfully survived for centuries without European inputA balance
This idea I'm proposing may be too idealistic
Or it may be something of a crazy experiment like the United States Of America itselfWe need to abandon the big money only method which is not a balance
This nation needs to ride this bicycle without always falling over
We'll never eliminate or even curb prejudices if only big money people ruleThere are talent shows all over the TV
Americans love talent
Why not create a leadership talent system to establish a skill set oriented governmentIt could work
Complicated, yes
Idealistic, probably
Practical, ?
Logical, ?
Fair, ?This idea is not perfect like everything else
A pendulum can't stand still if we want perfect time on the clock
Neither can we stand still if we want any improvement in the peaceful coexistance of our citizenryPlease, someone come up with a better plan, if you can
Or you are welcome to this one
