Scariest part of banning books is those that do, think they are entitled to impose autocratic mandates, in a democracy? DON'T DO ME LIKE THAT!
Am I now due to the reading liberty I once had, been put on some list or even made to be a REFUGEE in my own library?
I now feel the need to somehow overcome my own citizenship in Florida, my home. So, I'M LEARNING TO FLY!
Some of my younger musician friends are still in school, old enough to go to war but not old enough, it seems, to be somehow damaged by readin Shakespeare. I suppose they're supposed to be grateful for being sheltered from learnin about what humans are capable of.
That also results in learning how to live under facist rule in pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Ya know, learning what humans are capable of.
Well, I guess, it must be GOOD TO BE KING of your own little town but for me it's TIME TO MOVE ON.
I guess YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT FEELS to be me.
This whole mess here has been HARD ON ME.
Although those people in government think they're in charge. I have to keep my cool and just be mentally in a HIGHER PLACE.
But I tell you right now I'm keeping my fucking books. DAMN THE TORPEDOES this won't last long. These folks in Florida won't tolerate it for long. I believe BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT they'll eventually say WHAT ARE YOU DOIN IN MY LIFE?
Once voted out, I hope they realize the feeling toward them is DON'T COME AROUND HERE NO MORE.
They should get a job at Walmart as a greeter or something useless like that. EVEN THE LOSERS GET LUCKY SOMETIMES. Nobody else will hire em. Won't be FOOLED AGAIN!
I WON'T BACKDOWN about this. I'M RUNNIN DOWN A DREAM. No FREE FALLIN.
I guess THERE'S SOMETHIN IN THE AIR... oh, finally HERE COMES MY GIRL. So new plan, THE WAITING is over we're gonna chill out here on the boat. Sail INTO THE GREAT WIDE OPEN. There's always a lot of that goin on in Florida.
So we'll blend in at the marina bars in the evenings as JUST ANOTHER FACE IN THE CROWD. Stayin away from that ZOMBIE ZOO. And spending the days at sea in our CABIN DOWN BELOW.
So we're out of here for now. See ya, maybe, at the notorious HEARTBREAKER'S BEACH PARTY..."yeah"!!
Bring yer own potato salad.
