Poppy: Branch, this is getting ridiculous! We've been walking for an hour, where are you taking me? This blindfold's getting itchy.

Branch: Just trust me, Poppy, it's a surprise!

Poppy sighed and gave up, Branch had something special to show her but she was getting impatient.

Poppy: Are we there yet?

Branch: Not yet.

Branch looked around to make sure no one was watching and led Poppy to a secluded area in the forest. He smiled at the sight of it, memories flooding back like a waterfall.

Poppy: Branchifer...can I look now?

Branch: You're clear, Poppifer.

Poppy removed her blindfold and gasped softly when she saw the hidden part in the forest. The meadow, the treehouse, the lake view...it all came back to her.

Poppy: Branch...we haven't been back here since we were kids...how did you...?

Branch: I have my ways, Poppy.

Poppy looked around taking in the surroundings. See, Poppy and Branch have known each other since they were little kids. And...well, Poppy didn't really talk to him as much, but they both found this secluded area in the forest and kept it to themselves. And they would sometimes come back either when everyone was in bed, or when no one was around. To this day, it still remained a secret. Poppy dabbed a tear when she saw that the hideout was exactly how they left it. No changes, just nostalgia.

Branch: You remember this place, right?

Poppy: Of course I do, Branch! We used to come here all the time when we were little! How did you find it again?

Branch: I live in a bunker in the forest, what do you think?

Poppy giggled and rolled her eyes. She walked around taking in the scenery, memories of her childhood played in her head. She suddenly gasped when she saw something carved into the tree trunk. It said "P & B 4ever" inside a heart. She touched it lightly.

Poppy: Oh my gosh, Branch...even as kids, we knew that we would be together.

Branch: That doesn't prove anything! It's just a childish piece of art.

Poppy: Sure, sure, say what you want...hey Branch?

Branch: Yeah?

Poppy: I have a bit of a crazy idea...it may be a little too crazy but...what if we had our wedding here?

Branch: Wait, what?!

Poppy: Yeah...

Poppy took down a childhood drawing that was nailed to the tree trunk, she smiled just seeing how young they were when they first came to this spot.

Branch: Poppy, you can't be serious!

Poppy: I am actually, Branch. I think this would be the perfect spot. We found this spot when we were little, and no other troll knows about it, not even our siblings.

Branch: Yeah but...if the other trolls see it, it won't be as special.

Poppy: Of course it will, Branch...this is our personal haven, and this in a way is where our friendship began. It'll be like combining the past with the future, don't you think?

Branch thought about it for a moment, the thought of giving away such a big secret haunted him, but Poppy sounded genuine about the idea.

Branch: Poppy...do you really wanna have our wedding here?

Poppy: Yeah...it's such a beautiful area, and we could recite our vows by the lake. I can already picture it unfolding...can't you?

Branch took a look at the view of the lake...he was starting to see Poppy and himself under a flowery arch holding hands...and the sun setting in the horizon. Perhaps this could work out, it was a beautiful place for something so special. And the perfect place to bring back heartwarming memories.

Poppy: What do you think, Branch?

Branch: ...You know what, Poppy? I think you might be onto something.
