Valentine's Day. During the season of Fall. Certainly not a common thing for the everyday man to say they were recreating at the late time of year but for one who was now focused on experiencing what he has never been able to be in the past, the question here wouldn't be why but rather, why not? What was there to lose?

*VVV-ZZZT-zz-ZZZZT*
*ERRRRR*

Well, perhaps a finger was something one could lose, or several.

Groaning at the sound of a mixer jamming up and creating an awful noise Midoriya turned off a mixing device that was currently bowl deep in a large pool of chocolate mixture, removing the bowl from the mixer and onto a kitchen counter. Wearing an all black apron that was completely splattered in colors of all varieties, with a splotch of red somehow managing to find it's mark on the side of his head, it was safe to say of all the things he could have learned in life the standard procedures of how to bake properly was certainly something he wish he knew by now. Were this not the FIFTH bowl he's put into the mixer he would not have complained, but as of right now? Dealing with a world ending threat seems to be his stronger suit than a simple bake job.

"Tchughh." Midoriya groaned with a frustrated shake of his head. Unlike his continuous failures of five separate bowls there was a warm scent of an actual successful product baking in the oven just behind him, turning to the first year who sat across from him at the counter with a frown. "How did yours manage to come out so well compared to mine? I'm doing everything as instructed."

"Cause I actually spent prior time baking stuff for myself so I know what to do." Daiki answered as he rested his head on his propped left elbow, the stick of a lollipop bouncing with every movement of his lips. "Even with the right instructions you still gotta change a few things, like the amount of water for example. Clearly, you didn't know that, cause that thing looks more dry than an introvert nerd's DMs."

"Their what now?"

"Yours too apparently."

"Ugh, oh well. Guess I'll have to start all over again, bet the girls already have both of their stuff done already. Can you pass me that red velvet package?"

Reaching for a package of red velvet mixture the first year slid the unopened carton across the counter to the other side where Midoriya slapped a hand over the box to catch and stop, turning around to face a sink where a smorgasbord of other bowls and pans were already cluttering the area. Placing his failed bowl to the side for now Midoriya took a dirty bowl and began washing it off to use for his new and hopefully successful product, Daiki slipping his phone out from the pocket of his hoodie and placing on the counter. "Mind if change the track?"

"As long as it's nothing that messes up this batch."

"Then you might as well stop trying at this point."

"That's-....fair point."

Tapping the screen of his phone to control a set of speakers that played over the kitchen the first year turned his device off and set it aside as Midoriya returned to the counter with a now clean bowl and possession and set it on the surface, tearing open the carton of red velvet mixture for the package inside. "You know I never asked, why are you and Asuka here in the first place? I thought this was gonna be something private between Momo and I."

"Sensei found out Ryuko and I were dating so she thought having us around was gonna be something fun for you." The first year answered. "Couples grouping or what not."

"It was all a dream
I used to read Word Up! Magazine
Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine"

"You and Asuka are DATING? Whoa, I never knew that."
