Hospital Heat: Fire in the Hospital Part 2

Well... Little Creek Hospital has burned down. What will the workers do now that their home hospital is gone? That is one thing that Allison has been thinking about since that night. She could have been a goner that night, same with Mathilda her mom, because she was operating on her mom in the middle of the fire. They had been surrounded by the time she finished it, but Daniel came to the rescue and got them out, and now him and Allison started dating.

She was getting ready for the day in Daniel's bathroom, taking her time with it. Daniel had went to her apartment in the middle of the night and got her clothes for her so she wouldn't have to. She was exhausted when she had gotten to his house, so he didn't want her to be driving over there in that state. Plus with the burn she has on her back from the fire, which she had complained that hurt when she sat down while on the way to his house, he didn't want her to hurt herself even more. He didn't want her to rush as she got ready, so he used the other bathroom in his house. It was way across the other side of the house, but he didn't care.

She was soon done getting ready and she got out of the bathroom. She saw that Daniel wasn't in the room and she just slowly laid down in the bed again to avoid having her back hurt. She looked on her phone, and she had gotten a text from Sophia while away from it.. She had asked if Allison wanted to come over to her house to just chill and maybe go to the remains of Little Creek later. Ruth was also gonna be there she had said in the text. Allison teared up seeing the part about seeing what was left of Little Creek, not knowing if she was ready for that. She texted back though, saying she would love to come over. Daniel just had to drop her off so she didn't strain her back because of the burn. Sophia texted back saying okay and that she will see her soon, which Allison said the same thing back to her and then put down her phone again.

Daniel came back in the room, and he smiled seeing her there. "Hey. How are you feeling?"

She shrugged her shoulders. "I'm feeling okay right now honestly. Just trying to take it easy with my back so this burn can heal. Oh, and also, Sophia texted me asking if I wanted to come over to her house to hang out with her and Ruth, which I said yes to. Can you please drop me off there?"

He nods. "Of course I can drop you off. You guys should have some time together, even when you're recovering from what happened last night."

She nods. "Yeah. I'm sure they want to know what was going through my head and stuff when I was operating on my mom during the fire. I'm sure they thought I was crazy for going in there still even when the hospital was burning down." She teared up softly as she said that, shivering as she visioned how the hospital looked before the fire and when she was coming up to it during the fire.

Daniel saw that and went to her side immediately and hugged her gently. "Hey, it's okay. I'm just glad I rescued you and Mathilda when I did. You guys were surrounded in there."

She nods. "Reminds me of when my childhood home caught on fire and me and my mom were trapped because we were surrounded. It felt like we were there again."

He felt bad hearing that. "I think I remember seeing you and your mom come into the burn unit of the hospital when we were both young and my dad took care of you. It was still in the early days of Little Creek though. I thought we were going to loose you there because you were out longer than your mom was, but thank goodness you woke up. I also thought you were so pretty back then, and I still think you're so pretty now."

She blushed softly upon hearing the last part. "Aww thank you so much. I certainly didn't feel pretty back then when that happened, but I appreciate that."

He smiled. "Well, when you're ready, we can head over to Sophia's place so you guys can hang out."

She nods. "I'm ready now. Let's go."
