Chloe stood by the wall as she gave Christopher his and his sister's bag as they were staying with their dad for the weekend. She stood up as he ran across and she saw Lamar with Chantal. She turned and left as everyone ignored her.
"... Chloe... Chloe!.." she heard Lamar calling her as she got to her car. She turned and looked at him. "How are you... are you good?.."

" I'm fine... I hope you enjoy the party.." she painted on a smile and opened her car door.
"Chloe come on... tell me how you are..." he looked at her he could see she had lost weight, a lot of weight.
"I'm fine.... Actually...I was gonna ask you if you wouldn't mind taking the kids for a while...
"Why?." He asked.
"... I umm.. I lost my business... and I have a lot of sorting out to do... plus I need to find a home for me, Christopher and Aimee... I can't expect to stay at Demi's forever..." she said.

"No! I don't want you to help me in that way. If it's a break then it's a clean break because this" she said pointing to him with tears in her eyes standing in front of her on his parent's driveway. "Hurts me every damn time I see you... so I need to do this for myself..."
" I want to give you money for the kids... They are my kids too..."
" Set up an account for them and put money in it... Give them a trust fund... you don't need to come through me and I don't want to touch your money." She told him. "Besides they're gonna be with you full time while I sort myself out... so keep the money... you'll need it with them two." She said with a small laugh as she thought about her kids and wiped the tears that dropped on to her cheek. "I have to go..
"Wait.. when do you need me to have them?..."
"From now... they have tons of stuff at your place, so they don't need any clothes or shoes from me, I never did have the room for any of it at Demi's place..." she smiled, she looked at him. "I want you to know something Lamar Fraser... you were my first and only true love... if I could turn back time... those damn drugs..." she sighed and shook her head. "You'll be great in whatever you do... and you know you're probably gonna want more kids and Chantal... she's good with ours so... I know you're all gonna be just fine..." She kissed his cheek. "Goodbye Lamar." She said and stared at him for a second or two before she got in her car.
Lamar watched her drive away, before he headed back inside.
"What was that bitch doing here!." Lani said as she saw Lamar coming back, "she better be gone.."
