The sunshine that shone through the tinted was long past, only moonlight lit up the workspace.
William couldn't occur how long he had sat in this office, hour after hour, his hands trembling as he dealt with paperwork. Perhaps, he worked so frequently to get his daughter's recent death out of his mind. To overwork himself so hard he couldn't think straight, to the point where he would forget that she was ever dead in the first place.
It indisputably helped, driving his mind to void after void. Just the paper he read and signed was all he ever saw now, his charcoal eyebags proving just how sleep-deprived he really was.
Only now, he saw those magenta eyes staring at him. Eyes that comforted him, the company he barely dreaded at this moment.
He could feel the glitch's hands rubbing his shoulders to comfort him, while he heard sweet compliments in his ear, and how the glitch would be here for him no matter what.
His trembling back was fondled by the rabbit's stomach, and he was pulled back from his office desk. Afton only looked down at the hands stroking his waist and keeping him locked in this glitch's embrace. He smiled for the first time in weeks, it felt good. It felt comforting, he wanted to sink into this rabbit's body and sleep. And to forget anything bad that has ever happened.
So that's what he did, closing his eyes and enjoying the delightful fondle.
"I love you.." The glitch's deep but soothing voice whispered into his ear, his arms clenched around William's waist and holding him dearly.
He only melted into Glitchtrap's arms after hearing those words. His breathing softened at this sudden company, and his head completely laid back into this rabbit's chest. He felt safe for once, he felt loved, and he only wanted to fold in the glitch's arms and never get up again.
