William's soft black bangs skimmed slightly as he leaned over the kitchen oven, using his free hand to grab a few bottles of southern spices. His other hand was focused on stirring the eggs in the boiling pan beneath him, doing it slowly so as to not spill it over.
It was early in the morning, right before dawn, the house was dark and silent except the kitchen of course. William didn't bother to keep quiet, nor turn any lights off. It didn't seem to wake up his family anyway.
Though, he could hear his bedroom door creak open and light footsteps approach from behind him, an all too well familiar sound.
"Handsome, what'd I say about waking up early, hm?" He spoke amusedly, not bothering to cast a glance to check who it was.
"But I'm cold.." Vincent's deep voice whimpered, hugging his husband from behind.
"Turn the fan off and get an extra cover from the closet." William replied, reaching a hand out to stroke his arm. His grin only widened, finding Vincent so vulnerable and cute was an entertaining site.
"But I miss you.." He whined, squeezing William in a needy way.
William chuckled, "It's only been an hour? Quit being an impatient little rat." He patted Vincent's hand, which only resulted in getting cuddled tighter.
Vincent let out a soft please from his lips and pouted in William's ear, quickly getting frustrated from just standing there.
"Bubba, you know I still have to cook breakfast. Maybe if I finish, I'll return in an hour or two, okay?" Will turned around to hug him tightly, pulling Vincent closer to him.
"No.. now. I want you now." He puffed his cheeks in neediness, nuzzling his face into William's.
William sighed while looking back at the eggs, pondering for a moment. Maybe he could manage to give his husband attention for now.
He pulled out of Vincent's touch and turned the stove off, leaving the eggs to get cold. He rotated his head back to his husband's eyes and smiled lovingly, "Fine, let's head back."
