What to Expect When Expecting in an Omegaverse: Minsung

Jisung's routine of going to work during the week and then spending his entire weekend off with Minho has resumed as normal. Implying he only sees Minho on the weekends would be misleading though, because they also hang out during the week too. Typically, Minho will pick Jisung up when he gets off of work after the omega has already come home from his job. Then they'll go back to Minho's place, or occasionally stay at Jisung's. They also tend to stop to get food if Minho isn't feeling up to cooking before they end the night together in the same bed. It's nice and after being away from Minho for two weeks, Jisung's omega is pleased and lets him be at peace for the most part.

"Look how swollen my feet are" the omega complains to Felix over video call. Jisung is, as usual, at Minho's house, freshly showered and dressed in the alpha's clothes after work. Minho's not too much bigger in stature than Jisung, so even the alpha's baggiest shirts don't conceal his swollen tummy. "Hyung's going to massage them when he gets out of the shower, or I'm gonna beat him up" Jisung continues with a joke as he flips the camera to show the other omega his swollen ankles and feet. He's started to retain a lot of water and even finds his face bloating a bit more than usual after lying down for too long.

"They're so swollen! That didn't happen to me until I got into my third trimester, and only if I was on my feet for too long." Felix responds and Jisung flips the camera back around so the omega can see him roll his eyes.

"Your pregnancy was perfect. I get it, and I hate you for it" Jisung groans making Felix chuckle in response.

"I did tell you that I would only ever be cute and round, right? What can I say?" The freckled omega teases his bestfriend. Jisung pouts as he looks down at his belly. It literally completely hides, what he remembers as, his crotch from this angle.

"I know, and I'm fat and miserable" the pregnant omega whines.

"Stop saying that. You're just pregnant." Felix chides at Jisung like a parent would to a stubborn child.

"No, but she's making me gain so much weight! I was 60kg before I got knocked up, and do you know how I weighed at my last appointment? I was 65kg." Jisung says matter of factly and Felix just shakes his head with a roll of his eyes.

"That's actually such a normal and healthy weight that I'm annoyed with you. I was 71kg by the time I was around as far along as you. You are a healthy weight for someone growing another human being inside of them!!" Felix tries to drill this into Jisung's head but the omega seems unconvinced. "You don't need to worry so much about what you weigh, Sung. You're gonna drop half of it when you give birth anyways, and the rest will eventually fall off as you recover. Don't worry." The other omega reassures Jisung even more, and the omega still feels a bit dejected but doesn't want to press the issue further.

Jisung's about to reply when Minho walks in after his shower, fully dressed but with wet hair and a towel wrapped around his neck. "Look at this guy. He's just skinny and happy. Tsk." the omega shakes his head at the alpha with a look of playfully distaste. The older man raises his eyebrows at Jisung in an expression of curious amusement. "You're the reason I'm so big now. All because you couldn't keep your knot in your pants." The omega continues to rebuke him teasingly as the older approaches the couch where Jisung was lying.

"That's my cue to go! I'll talk to later, Sung. Love you." Felix starts to end the call once Minho comes into the room and Jisung responds with a pout.

"Bye, Yongbok-ah" Minho calls to Felix with a wave as he comes into view of the video call. The freckled omega waves at the older with a bright smile.
