"We haven't confirmed the guest list as of yet, but there should be around seventy to eight people in attendance... Yes, for July." Minho is on the phone again, making yet another phone call pertaining to bonding ceremony preparations. He's been handling the bulk of the planning and logistics for the event for the past two months.

Jisung and Minho have been planning their mating since December. They have planned to mate first and then hold their bonding ceremony two months or so after. Traditionally bonding ceremonies were held right before the mating, omegas would ingest heat stimulants in front of the guests and everything. Things are obviously very different in the modern age however, and the ceremony is now just a celebration of the union of two mates among family and friends.

That's why they are planning it now before Jisung's heat starts. Which will be happening very soon. The omega man's heat cycles have resumed since Minhee started eating solid foods and no longer nurses as much. His second heat since her birth is approaching, and rapidly.

Jisung wouldn't typically be so nervous for a heat. Sure, before Minho, and subsequently their daughter, he hadn't gone through a genuine heat in about two years but he wasn't nervous- just annoyed and uncomfortable. He is nervous this time though, because this heat he and Minho would be officially mating; which is a big deal and a very serious commitment.

The younger man isn't getting cold feet, not at all. He is very much sure that he wants to be with Minho forever. He wants to be connected to Minho for all of their foreseeable future, and Minho to him. Actually, he doesn't want anything more but he's still nervous. A giddy excited nervousness. One where he doesn't really know what to expect but can't wait either way.

Felix told him that getting his mark hurt but the other omega wasn't in heat when he'd gotten his, which is how it is typically done since being bitten hard enough to break skin hurts, obviously. That's why Jisung and Minho planned for their mating to take place during the omega's heat. His first heat after Minhee was rather unexpected, and very uncomfortable. They hadn't discussed it in depth at that point so they didn't do it. This time though, they are prepared to complete their bond... so Jisung is nervous.

"You're on the phone, jagi?" The omega asks his soon-to-be mate quietly. Minho passively acknowledges him, nodding wordlessly as he listens attentively to whatever was being told to him on the other end of the line.

Jisung doesn't want to disturb Minho as the call seems important, but he'd been feeling rather uncomfortable. He's already been experiencing his run of the mill pre-heat symptoms; abdominal pain, upset stomach, chills, irritability, and generalized anxiousness. Before he'd had an alpha to spend his heats with he would just get snippy and standoffish, but now he feels like a lost puppy. The separation anxiety he feels when he's away from Minho during his pre-heat, and during his actual heat- it's ridiculous; and "away" is used loosely in this instance. "Away" is actually just anytime he is not buried nose-first in Minho's armpit or neck.

"I understand, but I spoke with another associate who said that the venue was available July 12th and 26th. I asked him to reserve it for the 12th; I paid my deposit and everything, Hyunwon-ssi" Minho seems irritated by the conversation on his phone so Jisung stays quiet. The alpha seems to notice his omega sulking anyways, and he waves the man over to him as he speaks. "Yes, it's under Lee Minho" he quips over the phone as Jisung walks into his chest.
