Beth leans her head back against her pillow, watching the Lionesses play against Sweden after she tucked Josh in for his nap and cracks a grin. ''Told you.'' She breaths out after Lessi's cheeky back-heel nutmeg goal changing the score to 3-0, she glances down at Viv as she receives no reply and smiles lovingly as she notices that she fell asleep.
She gently feels her forehead, sighing softly in relief as she feels that the fever went down and kisses the top of her head. She grabs her phone as she hears the final whistle sound through, immediately sharing the Lionesses post into her own story and tags Alessia.
What a beauty of a goal to end this amazing match @AlessiaRusso, a spot in the finals secured! So proud of all of you! <3
She places her phone down, turns to the TV to watch the recap of the match, and turns her head as she hears a soft sweet grumble. She smiles as she watches Josh push himself up in his bed over the baby monitor, sliding from underneath Viv, and walks out of the room after placing the pillow she laid on in the younger woman's arms so she doesn't wake up.
''Hey JoJo.'' She coos as she picks him up the second he yells her name with a big happy grin, she rubs his back as he sloppily kisses her cheek and taps his nose. ''Did you have a nice nap?'' She asks as she places him down to change his diaper.
''Yes!'' He giggles out as she tickles him, Beth chuckles planting her hand on his stomach as he squirms and quickly fastens the fresh diaper she put on always avoiding the little boy's accident.
''What do you want to do today, JoJo?''
''Park?''
''You want to head down to the park?'' She asks as she grabs a long-arm shirt and jeans for him, she smiles as he excitedly nods his head and leans down to blow a raspberry on his stomach. ''Alright, we will head down to the park.''
She chuckles as he squeals excitedly, helping him stand up after she slid his shoes on and picks him up. ''Let's tell Mama about it and head down.'' She murmurs as she walks out of the room, she crosses the living room and walks back into the bedroom. ''Hey you.'' She breaths out as she notices Viv leaning up, drinking her cold tea.
''Hey.'' Viv breaths out voice still a bit scratchy, she catches Josh as he propels himself out of Beth's arm squealing her name and laughs. ''Easy sweetheart.'' She murmurs as she ruffles his hair. ''Where are the two of you heading off to?''
''JoJo wants to go to the park.'' Beth murmurs as she sits down beside her. ''How are you feeling?''
''Much better, mind me joining?''
''Never but are you fit enough?''
Viv holds up the thermometer showing Beth that the fever is gone and cracks a grin. ''Still a bit tired but you know I can't hang out in bed the whole day.''
Beth nods her head and smiles slightly. ''How long do you need?''
''Five minutes.''
Beth nods her head and ruffles Josh's hair as Viv slips out of bed. ''Let's go grab a snack for all us buddy, mama will join us to the park.'' She helps him off of the bed knowing walking a lot will power him out and leads him out of the room.
Ten minutes later the three of them walk out of the hotel, Josh holding onto both of their hands as they walk down to the park across from the hotel and chuckle as Josh squeals loudly while giggling whenever they swing him between them making sure to both support more than just his arms.
''Ducks!''
''You and your love for ducks.'' Viv muses as they near the pond, she crouches down behind him and kisses his head. ''Don't go near the water sweetheart.'' She warns him, she sits down crossing her legs as he nods his head and reaches up to pull Beth beside her laughing as she yelps.
