''Sir, I don't think it's fair to let Miss Van De Donk and Evans go with just a warning,'' Julia exclaims as she sits in front of a judge with Viv, her lawyer, and Mr Green. ''Not after he triggered Josh's angst.''

''What exactly is Josh's angst?'' The judge asks, Viv sighs as her lawyer and Julia both turn to her allowing her to decide what she wants to tell, and turns to the judge.

''My son struggles with anxiety and screaming around him triggers his angst.'' She explains. ''After the whole ordeal at the stadium last week, Miss Evans and Van De Donk tracked down our whereabouts while my girlfriend and I were spending our day off at the park with him like we always do and started screaming and trying to take him with them.'' She continues.

''Beth and I both prevented it and Beth sent me away the second Josh had a panic attack, she told them off after I left but they continued blowing our phones up which we handed you in the files Ms Hunt handed over.''

''As you see it caused quite a bit of distress for that three-year-old little boy.'' Viv's lawyer takes over. ''My client needed three days before he could sleep peacefully.''

''I see.'' The judge breathes out. ''Mr Green, do you have anything to say?''

''The little boy wouldn't be in distress, had Miss Miedema worked with my clients.''

''So your only solution to this problem is, that if Miss Miedema had allowed them to take her son away he wouldn't have been in panic?'' The judge asks to clarify. ''Alright, I have heard enough.'' He exclaims as Green just nods his head.

''Miss Miedema, I am sorry this happened to you and your family.'' He starts as he turns to Vivianne. ''It goes without saying that Josh is rightfully yours and no one will take him from you.''

''Thank you, sir.'' Viv breaths out with a slight nod.

''Mr. Green your clients acted against the law, tried to take a minor without his mother's consent, and act on social harassment.'' He continues while tapping the file in front of them. ''Therefore both will receive a 5000 pound fine, three weeks on probation, and a restraining order for every area outside of the pitch they play on, if your clients contact Miss Miedema or her family again I will extend the order to every place.''

''That will ruin their career!'' Green exclaims.

''They had to know that before.'' The judge points out. ''Case closed.'' He turns to Viv and smiles kindly. ''You are free to go, Miss Miedema I am sure you have a little boy at home dying to enjoy time with his mama while she has a day off.''

Viv nods her head as she stands up and smiles kindly. ''I am sure he does, thank you, sir.'' She walks out of the room after Julia and Hunt both shook his hand and turns to them as soon as the door closes. ''Thank you both so much.''

''Don't thank us.'' Julia muses. ''Thank your girlfriend, she handed us all the proof to hand over to the judge and state the harassment.''

''I will,'' Viv murmurs chuckling as she shakes both of their hands. ''I will head home now, I hope we speak soon under other circumstances.''

''For sure.'' Julia breathed out as they walked out of the building. ''Enjoy your day off Vivianne.''

Viv thanks them as she unlocks her car and slides in the driver's seat, she pulls out of the parking lot after waiting till Julia and Ms Hunt slid into their cars. She taps the screen of her radio as soon as she drove onto the street and dials the third number she called last.
