Within thirty minutes we were all moving on to the next club.

And while everyone seemed to keep drinking I managed to purposefully skip out, knowing I wanted to keep an eye on Mili who kept taking shots.

It was unconscious and I couldn't help it, I just really had to make sure she was okay.

I know I said she can make her own decisions, but that's still no stopping me from being there when she needs someone.

"One dance!" Mya called out the song that was playing as she grabbed me and Arielle's hands.

A laugh fell from my lips as she dragged us through the crowd to dance to the song.

Within seconds we were all dancing on each other to the sharp beats—practically calling out each Drake lyric with our hearts.

Soon when the song faded into a more rave-themed song—we were exiting the dance floor.

And as we made it back to the section that only had Ryder and Damon—I seemed to do a double-take.

I knew everyone else was off dancing—

But where was Mili?

"Where is she?" I asked as I looked around the section.

Ryder motioned his head forward, "She went to the bathroom," he immediately informed me, clearly knowing who I was asking about.

And I couldn't help but turn on my heel without a single explanation—suddenly wanting to make sure she was okay.

"Mili?" I called out as soon as I entered the bathroom, easily glancing between the open stalls and the girls gathered by the open window smoking.

"Want a hit?" one of the girls offered me.

I immediately shook my head, "No but thank you," I said as I quickly exited the bathroom.

I seemed to feel myself panicking as I looked back to the section that Mili wasn't in.

Maybe she was in the crowd?

I just wanted to make sure she was okay—last I checked she was losing count of how much she was drinking.

Before thinking it through, I decided to submerge myself into the large crowd—I knew the chances of me finding her were small but it was definitely worth a try.

So was the bar that I seemed to check almost immediately after checking the crowd.

I also looked back over in our section, but Mili was still nowhere to be found.

Before I knew it, my chest was tight with panic as my eyes frantically glanced over the crowd for her familiar face.

I swear I never wanted to see someone's face so fucking badly.

At some point, I felt like I was actually beginning to panic—so much so that I had to remove myself from the club to take a breather.

I placed a hand on my chest that my heart was beating frantically in—hoping to calm my nerves as I took in and let out deep breaths of the fresh air.

There seemed to be a crowd of people lined up to enter the club while other people lined the walls drinking and talking.

Even as my eyes frantically glanced around for Mili, I still came up short.

Soon I was waving down a taxi as I brought my phone out to text Mya that I was leaving.

Hopefully, Mili was back at the villa doing god knows what.

The entire drive I seemed to be on edge—I didn't realize five minutes could pass by so painfully slow.

I was quite literally jumping out of the taxi before we could even come to a slow halt—easily passing the driver the money as I ran toward the familiar double doors.
