Senior year - Move in day August 15th Emily's POV
"JJ where's my tooth brush?" I look around in all the boxes in our new apartment off campus. "I don't know I didn't help you pack." JJ says. "If you were me where would you put it." "In a box." She says and I give her the death stare.
"Thank you so much Jennifer." I say and she giggles. "Just buy a new one." She says. "I'm trying to save money." "Okay so then don't brush your teeth. Nasty." She jokes and I hit her arm playfully.
She hands up cute decorations all over our apartment and a cute picture of us from when we went to France for vacation this summer. "I love that picture." I say. "Right, it's so cute."
"Can you believe we're about to hit our two year anniversary." She says. "Nope. Feels like yesterday when I threw up all over you and then spilled food an over." I say.
"Yeah. You really know how to win a girls heart." She smiles and kisses me. She lays down on me and our fingers intertwined. Our promise rings next to one another.
JJ got me a ring for our one year anniversary last year and it is the cutest thing ever. "When do you think the rest of the team is moving in?" I ask. "Derek said they're all already moved in."
Derek, Pen, and Spencer all got a house next to our apartment. So their house will definitely be the pregame house.
The team has decided we are going all out partying this year, as this is the last year we get to be young dumb and free before we get grown up jobs.
"Should we go over?" JJ asks. "Sure." I smile and I hold her hand as we walk towards our friend's house.
They gave us a spare key so we let ourselves in to see them playing Mario Kart on derek's ps5. "Woah without us!" I shout and we plop down on the couch.
"Garcia how's it going living with the boys." JJ asks her. "All of my stuff is so cute and derek doesn't like my cute stuff." She says. "Baby girl, no one wants a pink fluffy dinosaur in the middle of the living room."
"Hey! I would love to walk in to see a pink fluffy dinosaur." JJ says and I laugh. "Alright shut it blondie." Derek says. "I will not take disrespect from a man who puts sunscreen in certain spots to make his abs look better" JJ says. And we all start laughing.
"Alright you know what blondie that's fine because at the end of the day you're mad because I always beat you." "Beat me in what? Name one thing you've ever beat me in." She goes. Competitive JJ has arrived.
"Well for starters the race in the pool." "You tried drowning me!!?!?" She says and he back tracks. "Alright fine let's take this outside first down the street has bragging rights."
Derek started spiriting out the door for a head start and JJ was right after him. I look out the window and JJ had past him and flipped him off.
"JJ won." Spence says.
"She cheated." Derek says out of breath when he gets into the house. "Yeah?" She starts laughing.
JJ and I head into the kitchen and roamed around their pantry. "Can I take you on a date." I ask. "Of course. What's the occasion?" She asks. "Just that I love you. And you're the best future wifey in the world." I kiss her.
"I love you beautiful." She kisses me again. "Can we get a dog?" She asks randomly. "I mean, yeah?" I say. "YAYYY." She smiles.
"You're so cute." "You're cuter." "Wanna go home and watch movies?" I ask. "Duh."
We said our goodbyes and walked back to the apartment. Setting our stuff down and sitting in our living room, turning on the tv. "What do you want to watch?" She asks. "Uhhhh Christmas movies." I say. "In August?" She giggles. "Never too early for some Christmas spirit Ms Jareau." I say. "Oh my bad!" She rolls her eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes at me!" I fake scoff. "Or what?" She asks. I get up quickly and pull her legs towards me so she fell on her back as I got on top of her. "That's what I thought." I say and get up. "I am so getting you back for that." She say and I laugh.
We got 10 minutes into the movie and she was getting very handsy. She straddled over me and we started to make out. I pull at her hair giving me access to her neck and she moans as I pull her skin between my lips.
"Think we should break this place in don't you think?" I say. "I agree." She says and I pick her up, leading us towards the bedroom.
