___

As Aizawa concluded dealing with a villain, he turned to find Iida, Ojiro, Mineta, Koda, and Y/n running towards him. The defeated villain now lay in a pile of sludge behind him.

"Get inside, all of you. I'll be back soon," Aizawa ordered, his gaze flicking over the concerned faces of his students.

Iida, still holding onto Y/n's arm, attempted to steer her forcefully towards the building, aligning with Aizawa's command. However, Y/n resisted, pushing Iida away with a firm shove. Her eyes reflected determination, an unwavering resolve to confront the villains who had just threatened them.

"I'm not running away," Y/n declared, her voice resolute as she locked eyes with Iida. The tension between them hung in the air, a clash of perspectives on how to handle the situation.

Iida's response was a mix of frustration and concern. He knew the dangers that lurked outside, and his priority was the safety of his classmates. Frowning, he attempted to reason with Y/n, his voice edged with urgency.

"Y/n, we need to follow Aizawa-sensei's orders. It's not about running away; it's about keeping everyone safe. Please, we can't afford to let emotions take over right now," Iida implored, his eyes reflecting the worry etched on his face. He understood her desire to confront the villains, but his duty as a class representative compelled him to prioritize the well-being of the group.

Y/n's response was a defiant glare, her jaw clenched as she tried to break free from Iida's grip. "I can't just stand by and do nothing! Those villains need to pay for what they've done!" she retorted, her voice seething with anger and determination.

Iida, despite his frustration, softened his gaze. He tightened his grip on her arm, holding her back gently. "I understand how you feel, Y/n. I felt the same way when confronting Stain. The anger, the bloodlust, the overwhelming urge to set things right. But charging into danger without a plan won't help anyone. We need to trust Aizawa-sensei and let him handle this. Please, for everyone's sake, for my sake, stay with me," he pleaded, his eyes pleading for her to understand the gravity of the situation. "I need you to stay with me."

Y/n sighed, relenting slightly. "Fine, I'll stay with you," she conceded, nodding at Iida's words. "But only after I do something about those villains."

Iida, still puzzled by Y/n's determination, responded, "Y/n?"

Before he could comprehend, Y/n pulled out her lighter, swiftly lighting it. In an instant, a massive wall of flames erupted between them, catching Iida off guard. He stumbled backwards, his eyes widening with shock and concern. "Y/n, what are you doing?!"

Y/n cast a determined glance back at Iida, her eyes locking with his through the wavering wall of flames. At that moment, the fire's dance reflected in her eyes mirrored the intensity of her resolve. Her expression spoke volumes, a silent assurance that she would be okay despite the fiery barrier between them.

"I'm not sitting this one out, Iida," she declared, her voice carrying through the crackling flames. "Don't worry, I'll be okay... Just trust me." With that, she turned away, leaving Iida on the other side of the fiery divide, his concern etched across his face as he watched her disappear into the chaos beyond.

Y/n tore through the blazing forest, a blazing inferno trailing in her wake. The blue flames danced, a manifestation of fury and determination, creating an ethereal aura around her. The searing heat surrounded her, but instead of causing harm, it surged into her like a torrent, leaving her hands bathed in a soft, orange glow.
