What if I never
Love someone else
The way I love you, again
What if I gave all the love id have
In my whole lifetime
To someone whose never going to be able
To return love back to me
What if by trying to make you love me
I ruined our love and it's broken forever
And the love I gave you
Was worth nothing in the terms of us
What if we're going nowhere fast
And you don't want anything more with me
But you want more with them
But they want nothing with you
So you go back to me
Because I always wait for you..
And I sit here and relax
Knowing you'll be back soon
I pray to God that you'll come back
Knowing that it won't be forever
And that little bit of time
Is enough for me to get my fix
Until the next time you leave
And I'm like a ship that washed ashore
It's crew all dead
The captain gone
Empty, worthless, treasures untold
That won't ever be told
Because they don't exist anymore
I love you,
Of that much I'm certain
But you can't love me
Half as much as I love you
It kills me to say it
But we're better off apart
Then we ever were together
