Lucifer was devastated, to say the least. He didn't want to leave Adam, and worst of all, he wasn't able to visit at all. He had to stay and help with the process of Lilith, the new human. Don't get him wrong, Lilith was absolutely beautiful, but... She wasn't Adam. He shouldn't be worried anyway, Adam was independent and brave. He also had Gabriel there with him.

So no need to be worried, right? Yeah.

It's been about 4 days since he's been down to Eden and it felt like every bone was being ripped out of his body slowly. He hated this.

"Lucifer, Come quick!" Lucifer perked up at his name being called by an angel, he rushed over to where the voice came from.

"What is it-"

"She's done! Finally!" Lucifer cocked an eyebrow, staring up at the human woman. He stared closely.

"I.. Suppose she is... Someone go ask god if we can send her down now. AND ask if I'm able to go back down, please?" An angel nodded and sprinted away, a few minutes later the angel came back.

"God says send Lilith down, and Lucifer is able to go as well, to help with tasks." Lucifer silently celebrated before clearing his throat.

"Yes, of course." Lucifer pressed the button to descend Lilith down to Eden, which was just a button to let her out of the tubey thingy she was in. He picked the woman up and descended to the garden. He gently placed his feet on the ground. It was night time, and Lilith was not awake. He stared down at the woman, then up at the sky.

I suppose I'll find Adam tomorrow, he must be asleep by now.

When Adam woke up, he didn't see Gabriel anywhere.

Did he go back up?

He asked himself. Adam groaned, standing up and stretching. He started on his way towards his pond. When he got there, he sat on his knees, cupping the clear water in his hands, sipping it then splashing it on his face. He ran a hand through his hair, sighing.

Quack!

Adam looked up, noticing a duck in the pond. He smiled slightly.

"Hello, little duck." He spoke gently.

"Adam!" Adam's eyes widened at the duck.

Am I hearing things?

"Adam!!" The voice got closer, he could hear quick footsteps coming towards him, he stood up but before he could turn around, a weight pushed him into the water.

"What the-!" Arms wrapped around his waist. Adam whipped his body around... "Luci?!"

"I've missed you so much!" Luci smiled widely. Adam stared up at the man on top of him, giggling.

Ahem.

They both stopped laughing and looked over at the woman standing at the edge of the pond.

"Oh. Right." Luci got off of Adam and held his hand out for him to get up, he did. They walked out of the pond together. "Adam, this is Lilith. Your new wife." The woman smiled softly.

"Hello. Nice to meet you."

--3 days later--

The next few days were nice. The three of them strolled around the garden, giggling and having fun. After all, what else would you do in paradise than have fun? Lilith was nice, and good to be around. She asked for things sometimes from the two of them and it got annoying a few times but besides that, Adam seemed to be happy and comfortable with her the same he was with Lucifer. And that's all that mattered to him. Currently, they were all sitting together under a tree. Then Lilith stood up after a while.

"I am going to go find some food. One of you come with me?" Adam sighed.

"I'm very exhausted, sorry Lilith." Lilith looked at Lucifer.

"Uh... Sure. I'll come with." Lucifer got up and followed Lilith off into the bushes. They walked in silence, both looking around to spot any sort of edible thing. Eventually, Lilith stopped. Lucifer stopped too, assuming she had found food. He turned around.

"Got something?"

"...I think this is a good time to ask the question i wanted to." Lucifer looked at her, confused.

"What?"

"You know everything right? You should know then," She took his hands in hers. "You should know why I feel like... My heart is going to come out of my chest whenever I am near you?" Lucifer stared.

"Uhm..."

"Is it normal?" He looked at the ground for a second.

"I'm not sure..." He was sure.

We've known each other for like three days.

Lilith frowned. The two stood in silence for a moment. She leaned towards Lucifer. He moved his head back a little. "What're you doing?"

"My heart keeps beating towards you. I am Following it." She leaned in and pressed her lips against Lucifers. He blinked as Lilith pulled away, smiling. They both heard a twig snap, and footsteps running off in the distance.

"Adam...?" Lucifer ran after the footsteps, with Lilith's hand in his. He watched as the figure tripped. He walked up to it. It was indeed Adam. He looked up at the two in front of him, crying. Lucifer's eyes widened as he pulled his hand away from Lilith's and reached out to the man. Adam flinched back.

"Don't... I- I don't-..." He sniffed, getting up and scurrying away. Lucifer watched as Adam ran, upset.

"What is his problem?" Lilith asked, walking up next to Lucifer.

"I... Don't know..."
