"I'm so excited to see them again, hyung. I mean, it's been only three weeks but I feel like I haven't seen them for a year."
Hyunjin rolled his eyes at the younger's dramatic spiel but of course, he was happy for his tenant as much as Yongbok does for himself. He understands why Yongbok would feel that way. "Dramatic ass."
"But with you, those three weeks felt like damn decades. It was painstaking." Yongbok groans with all his heart.
Hyunjin smirked, feeling the arrogance inside him overtaking. Although sometimes, Hyunjin still couldn't help but get surprised whenever Yongbok would tell him something straight out of his mind, no filter and no shame to think of first.
The only time Hyunjin has no shame is by shaming other people.
"Dramatic ass part two." He teased once again.
"You're telling me I'm dramatic. Didn't you miss me too?" Yongbok pouted at him. He wanted to hear it come out of his hyung's mouth that it's not only him who missed the other side. But also as Hyunjin.
"No." That straight away crushed Yongbok's hopes. But he wasn't buying it knowing the fact that his hyung always tells him the other way of what he actually thinks.
"Lie all you want. I know that you always mean the exact opposite though." Yongbok's cocky shrug and smirk hits Hyunjin straight to the heart, most especially on how he was called out by the younger.
Damn, that just pierced right through his heart.
"Fuck you." Hyunjin was left flustered.
"I love you too." Yongbok giggles and Hyunjin tries his best not to give a shit with the younger's playful but sweet i love you. "Hyung, do you think I look good?"
"Why are you asking?" Hyunjin scoffed like the younger was asking for something obvious. ‘You always look good, damn you.’
Even with just a casual pair of clothes, Yongbok was able to slay his outfit and even make it as a collection for a runway. He's that handsome.
"That's good. I want to look good when my friends see me again." He pulls out his brush to comb and style his hair then sprayed some perfume on his clothes.
Oddly, that left a smudge on Hyunjin's stern face. "Your friends? Or to your Chef Jin?"
"Both." Yongbok grins, smugly.
"Whatever." Hyunjin didn't want to ask any more questions since he didn't want to hear any shit about Chef Jin nor was he even interested to find out. The driving continued and only five minutes later, they arrived at the place. "We're here."
Yongbok looked out the window and he felt like crying. How he missed his workplace so much and all the people that work there. Finally, he's gonna get to see them, especially his friends.
"Text me thirty minutes before your shift ends. I'll pick you up." Hyunjin followed.
"Awe, you're so sweet. Am I supposed to expect you to drive me off and pick me up everyday from work?" Yongbok hooked a thin strand of his hair and jokingly twirled it like an in love highschool girl.
"Well... it's the least I can do from all the expenses you share with your earned salary. I can't pay you the same with money but, I gotta pay you with something else, right?"
Hyunjin then felt a soft pinch on his cheek and a cooing noise from the other male. "You're so adorable, hyung. Do you know that?"
"I only get people telling me I'm handsome or beautiful but thanks."
"You deserved it. I mean, you embody all of those names. You're the epitome of being beautifully handsome."
Hyunjin scoffed, but a smile betrayed to escape from his lips. "You're the one to talk." He mumbles, acknowledging the fact that Yongbok is also the perfect epitome of beautifully handsome and excruciatingly adorable.
