I should've expected Danzo to do something as heartless as this. Especially because of the state I left him in.

I felt guilty that I hoped that blow would've killed him.

It's not like I don't have the blood of others on my hands because I do. The lives that monster made me take only for reassurance that I would be able to sleep at night.

I made it to the first floor, but was halted as soon as all the guards were scattering around like rats.

I slide under the massive dining table hoping the long table cloth would help me, at least for the moment.

I don't doubt this place has security cameras, mainly since this place is packed with guards.

I closed my eyes trying to imagine all of the parts of the of this maze i've seen.

There's a slide door by the-

"Little mouse~" My heart dropped to my feet. I heard a single pair of foot steps slowly walk by the dinning room.

"If you come out now, i'll maybe consider letting this go." Obito said.

No thank you.

I don't even have anything to defend myself with and i'm hiding in their territory so I assume they know this place by heart.

It grew silent and I peaked from under the cloth. I felt like if anyone were to walk by they could hear how loud my heart was thumping.

I glanced at the slide door and then at how opened it was. If this was a set up I would at least have a 50/50 chance at out running them.

Fuck it.

I darted to the door as if my life depended on it. Which it did.

A maid shouted in surprise as I bumped into her causing her to drop two plates of food making the glass shatter.

A few seconds later a guard tackled me onto the ground. I quickly locked my leg around his shoulder until I heard a pop.

He released his hold on me and let out a loud grunt at his now dislocated shoulder.

The maid covered her mouth and let out a sob halting my movements. "T-they're going to kill me." She cried holding her heart.

I couldn't help but feel pity for her since it was my fault the plates fell. I quickly picked up the glass pieces ignore the cuts I received from them here and there.

She froze and started apologizing a lot causing me to turn around. My eyes widened in horror as I saw Sasuke with a gun to her head.

"Rosie, we have a thing for perfection here. Of all of the years you've worked here I expected you to know this by now." He cocked the gun and locked eyes with me as if he were warning me.

"No stop! It was me! I bumped into her don't-" He pulled the trigger making her body fall lifeless onto the ground.

I stood back and covered my mouth with trembling hands. He took more steps closer to me.

"Don't come near me, you fucking monster!" I backed up into the slide door slowly pushing it open while my eyes remained locked with his.

"I'm going to tell you now y/n. If you run out the door, you will experience hell itself." He threatened with a straight face.

"You all are murders. I don't see how I never noticed that you were Uchiha." I said with venom lacing my tone.

He took another step closer causing me to sprint out the door.

"Y/n!!" I heard Itachi yell in a rage filled voice. My body shook with each step I took.

I ducked through tree branch and leaped over big logs. The fabric of my shirt torn from a stick that almost stabbed me in my side.

A dip in the ground causing me to lose balance and whimper in pain as I sprung my ankle, but I quickly stood up and limped away.

Suddenly I was slammed onto the ground. A hand clasped around my throat in a tight grip. I hit his arms and slapped him across his face making my eyes widen.

"You have tested my patience far too much. I feel as though I've been too soft on you since you even dared to runaway from me." Izuna seethed at me and stared ruthlessly into my soul.

My hands shook in fear and tears filled my vision. His glare itself suffocating me.

I knew when I had gotten caught that this is the last time I would attempt to do that ever again.

"Do you know the amount of guards I had to kill? The guards that let you slip easily by them?!" He shouted at me causing tears to stream down my face.

"In the end, the predator will always catch their prey y/n. I want you to learn that." He pulled me off the ground and threw me over his shoulder as I silently weeped.

"P-please just let me go. I won't say anything- just let me go home" I cried punching him.

"This is your new home y/n. The quicker you understand that, the easier it'll be."
