MePhone felt numb, and exhausted when he woke up. Last thing he remembered he was bawling his eyes out in his brother's car, and now he was on his couch. Surely 3gs didn't carry him in, did he?

MePhone took several minutes just gaining the mental strength to want to sit up, letting out a breath as he did, pushing himself up against the arm of the couch to stay up as he looked around. 3gs was here, or at least in the kitchen, feeding the cat currently, though he did look over when he heard the other moving.

"Morning... Er. actually afternoon I think,"

"... Oh" MePhone's voice was quiet today, just shifting his gaze to the cat as it was eating what was probably its dinner it's dinner.

"Are you feeling okay today?"

"... I mean I'm not really feeling anything right now..." MePhone shrugged, deciding it was easier to just be honest right now. He didn't have the energy to lie, or act like he was fine. Especially not after 3gs had been there during his breakdown. He was sure his emotions would catch up with him eventually, but he had other things to worry about right now.

"Um... So what's going to happen with the house?" He wanted to get this discussion out of the way. He needed to know if his entire world was going to crash down around him.

"Don't know yet. I got a text from MePad yesterday-- we actually hit it off when we were talking before uh... We got kicked out, but point is, they said they'd talk to their sibling about it. I think all we can do is wait. But if he shows up to start problems or something I'm not going to let that happen. I think if it's okay with you, I'll stick around for a bit."

"Um..." MePhone just sighed. He knew he could probably use the company. "Sure, yeah."

The last thing MePhone wanted to have to do was get up and move Gods know where just because of his dad's selfish retribution. Some part of him today believed that he deserved this, but it still sucked. Things were finally looking up. He was finally starting to feel like a real, normal person, and that would all be ruined if he lost this home. His future was currently in MePads hands, and as much as he tolerated the guy now, it still worried him. If 5 really was anything like dad, they'd probably be trying to turn them against him. He'd probably be doing everything in their power to make sure they ended up on top of the situation.

All MePhone could do right now was wait, and it felt agonizing. For now though, he just sighed, trying to keep his mind off of it.

"How did you get me in the house?"

"I didn't. I asked your boyfriend to help carry you in."

MePhone glanced away, a small warmth felt as he thought about the ginger carrying him.

"Oh,"

"Yeah. Um... Yeah." 3gs finally moved away from the kitchen area, heading into the living room to sit down once the cat was done with its breakfast. The cat followed him, hopping up onto the couch to sit as 3gs flopped down in one of the chairs.

"Anyways, um... I hate to be the one to start this, but we should probably talk about yesterday."

"... What's there to talk about?" MePhone glanced away, trying to avoid it.

"MePhone." A stern tone to his voice that made him nervous, unable to help himself as he started nervously fiddling with his hands.

"I-- Look, he was the one trying to start something with me. I- I didn't even want to talk to him, I just--"
"I'm not blaming you, I'm more concerned about you saying something happened at the funeral. Can you just tell me about that please? I knew you were acting off, but I didn't want to push you then."
"Um... It's... It's nothing, really, it's not even important anymore. It doesn't matter,"
"It clearly still matters to you. Can you please just talk to me?"
