A Dream Come True

Chapter 15: Multiple Holes in One

They arrive at Hollywood Connections and get out of the car. They enter through the side door so they don't enter through the movie theatre side.

They enter through the doors and see a mini golf course to the right. They continue to walk down the carpeted floor and come up to a mini dragon coaster on the right. To the left is the counter to purchase. They go up to the counter, and Hyunjin purchases the wrist bands for both of them.

"What do you wanna do first?" Hyunjin asks while looking around the building. There was mini golf, a mini coaster, bumper cars, a carousel, along with some other small rides.

"Let's take a look around first." Clarissa says as she walks towards a diner that's attached to a roller skating rink. They turn around since there was nothing else in that direction and choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Upstairs was an ice cream shop and an arcade.

"There's so many things to do, I'm not sure." Clarissa says while looking at Hyunjin.

Hyunjin looks around. "Hmm.. How about some mini golf?" He says heading to go back downstairs. Clarissa follows as she nods her head.

They get to the spot to grab some golf balls and putters. Hyunjin being tall, grabs the tallest putter. Clarissa is not that much shorter, but short enough that she needs a putter that's one step down from Hyunjins length.

They go to the first hole out of 18. It's not very hard since it's the first one. Just has a small side hill, a rock or two, and a patch of white for the bunker.

(Authors note: I don't know if Hyunjin is any good at mini golf or not lol)

"I don't know. It's been awhile since I've played." Hyunjin says bouncing the putter on the ground, rubbing the back of his neck with his hand.

"It's okay. To be honest I've never even played. But I'm glad that my first time will be with you." Clarissa says as she smiles and looks down to try to hide her blushing.

Hyunjin shows a small smile, and puts the golf ball on the ground getting ready to go first. He focuses on where he needs to putt the ball, swings the club back, and putts it. The ball goes around the curve and almost goes in the hole.

Clarissa's jaw drops. "Been awhile huh?" She says as she starts to take her turn.

"I guess I'm not as rusty as I thought I would be." Hyunjin shrugs while standing near his ball. He watches Clarissa take her turn. Clarissa goes to putt the ball, and it hits the rock and bounces back to her. She face palms, embarrassed.

"Can I try again?" She asks Hyunjin. He nods his head.

She puts the ball back into starting position, and tries to figure out how to hit it. She putts the ball and it barely makes it down to the end of the greenway just before the curve. She shrugs. "Well, at least it didn't come back this time."

"That's true." Hyunjin takes his turn and putts the ball into the hole.

Clarissa goes again and it takes her two more turns to get her ball in.

"I don't know if this is such a good idea." Clarissa says as she bends down to pick up the balls out of the hole. "I suck." She sighs while handing Hyunjin his ball.

"It's alright Clary. Give it a few more holes and you'll get the hang of it."

They make it to hole 10 and Clarissa still has not improved, while Hyunjin has gotten multiple holes in one.

Hyunjin takes his turn first at hole 10, and again almost gets a hole in one.

Clarissa, who is getting a little upset, because she's not improving, gets ready to take her turn.

"You just gotta relax. You're too tense." Hyunjin comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her and guides her. He slowly and gently swings their arms back and forth before hitting the ball.

"You just got to look and visualize. The ball will bounce off in a certain direction depending on where it hits." He quietly says in her ear as they tap the ball. The ball hit a certain spot to where it was able to get close to the hole.

"Thank you." Clarissa chimed.

He smiles at her, and goes in for a soft quick peck on her neck. "You're welcome." He whispers in her ear.

Clarissa felt weak in the knees, and got chills all over her body from his breath so close to her neck.

Hyunjin pulls away from behind her and finishes his turn, making the hole.

Through the rest of the game, Clarissa improved and was smiling at the end of the game.

"Thank you for helping me. It was stressful at first, but I'm glad to have you there to help me." Clarissa said with a smile as she's putting her putter and ball back.

"You're welcome Clary. Anytime." He puts his items away as well smiling, from a good game of mini golf.
