3RD POV

''Happy Birthday!'' everyone wished when little Minji blew out all the candles on the cake.

As soon as she blew out the candles the cake was cut into several pieces and some took a piece of the cake and started eating it.

''This is delicious!'' Eunhyun called out.

''It's delicious!'' called Harin as she gorged herself on a piece of strawberry cake.

''They look so funny. It's like someone is going to eat their cake.'' laughed Jin.

''Don't blame them. It's really delicious.'' Jennie said as she ate a piece of the cake.

''Could I ask for another piece of cake?'' asked Jaehyun.

''Me too!'' called Ahyeon and then the other children.

''Sure.'' laughed Jisoo and gave everyone another piece of delicious cake.

''Look how happy they are.'' said Seulgi.

''Who wouldn't be.'' said Rosé.

''Exactly. Look at Taehyung.'' said Jungkook.

''Shut up Kook. It's not my fault that I love anything made of strawberries.'' said Taehyung as he put another bite of cake in his mouth.

Everyone laughed at that.

''I can see why Eunhyun and Jaehyun love strawberries so much.'' laughed Namjoon.

''It's in their genes.'' said Jisoo, and once again everyone laughed except Taehyung, who was also gorging himself on cake.

After everyone had eaten the cake they talked for a while longer, the kids played. 

It was time to go get ready for the evening.

The evening was going to be a fashion show by a famous designer Felix, with whom Rosé is friends.. Many familiar faces had been invited to this event.

''I want to stay with you!" cried Jaehyun in Jennie's arms.

''Honey, don't cry.'' she soothed him, but to no avail.

''What's wrong?'' asked Taehyung.

''He doesn't want me to leave.'' she told him.

Taehyung sighed.

''Give him to me.'' he said so Jennie handed Jaehyun to him.

''Jaehyun? Sweetheart? Please look at me.'' Taehyung said and little Jaehyun did so. You could see how sad he was. His eyes were red and glassy.

''Me, your mommy and the others are going to a fashion show of a famous designer. He's a friend of your Aunt Rosie's. We've been invited, so we can't refuse. That's why you and the others are staying here. You will play and watch fairy tales. Your mom and I will pick you up first thing in the morning, you don't have to worry okay?''

Little Jaehyun nodded and his sad smile turned into a happy smile.

''I like this smile. Now give mommy a kiss goodbye and I'll see you tomorrow.''

Jaehyun nodded again and gave Jennie a kiss goodbye.

''Daddy's right, sweetheart.'' Jennie assured him.

''Thanks for keeping an eye on them.'' said Taehuyng Jisoo.

''It's a small thing. What I wouldn't do for my big brother. At least you have a chance to fix something.'' she told him, looking towards Jennie.

Taehyung immediately understood what Jisoo meant.

''Then have a good day. Be good.'' Jennie said to the boys.
