Part 43

JENNIE'S POV

I sat on my bed and looked at the pregnancy test with two red lines. I had no idea what I was going to do. A feeling of uncertainty and nervousness overcame me.

The whole time I was in my room wondering if I should call someone or keep it to myself.

But my attention was distracted by the sound of the door opening and a child screaming. I quickly hid the pregnancy test under my pillow and wiped away my tears. I faked a smile and waited for the boys to come running up to me.

''Jennie! We're home!" my auntie called to me and my room door burst open.

Both boys jumped on the bed and hugged me.

''Mommy!'' shouted Eunhyun.

''Hello my bears. How was your day? Did you make Grandma angry?'' I asked them.

''We didn't make Grandma angry. We were helping her!" said Jaehyun.

Suddenly, Auntie appeared in the doorway.

''They were both sweet. They helped me deliver orders. The customers loved them.'' laughed Auntie.

''That's good to hear.'' I told her.

''You okay, Jen? You still look pale. Did you throw up?'' she asked me and I nodded.

''Is mommy sick?'' Jaehyun asked.

''That's right Jaehyun. Mommy will lie down now and rest.'' said Aunty.

''I'll be here with mommy. I'm sure she will feel better.'' said Jaehyun.

''We'll stay with you like last time we were with daddy.'' said Eunhyun.

I smiled at both of them and hugged them.

''You guys are my beloved babies.''

''If you want to stay with mommy, you have to change your clothes. So come on, I'll change you and then you can go back to Mommy.''

Both boys nodded and ran to their room as if they were going to race to see who was the fastest.

Some time later the boys returned dressed. They jumped on my bed and lay down beside me. Jaehyun lay on my right and Eunhyun lay on my left. They both hugged me and snuggled up to me.

''Are you feeling better?'' Eunhyun asked me.

''I always feel good with you.'' I kissed him on the forehead and then kissed Jaehyun on the forehead as well.

We hugged for a while before the three of us fell asleep.

3RD POV

Taehyung was on his way back home from work. On the way home, he thought about nothing but how the boys and Jennie were doing.

He misses their company. He missed the childish laughter he heard slowly every day, and most of all he missed Jennie's face.

He hasn't heard from Jennie since they flew back to Busan. He was worried about her and the boys. So when he got home, he went to his room and dialed Jennie's phone number.

The phone rang several times, but no one answered. So he kept trying over and over again until he finally got through.
