Part 23

3RD POV

Jennie was lying in bed, wrapped up in the covers like a baby. She was fast asleep with a contented smile on her face. She looked so calm and composed. She looked like a little teddy bear with slightly puffy cheeks.

Taehyung was lying next to her, wide awake and couldn't take his eyes off her.

He couldn't get enough of looking at her beautiful face. He was incredibly happy because they were finally together. They were a couple. The thought brought a smile to his face.

But just because they were a couple didn't mean all their problems were solved. On the contrary, they had only just begun, but at least they would have each other and could fight hand to hand.

With a smile on his face, he wrapped his arms around her waist and snuggled into her. It seemed so perfect to him.

Suddenly he felt her move.

''Good morning love.'' Taehuyng said in a morning voice.

''Good morning.'' she said sweetly.

''How did you sleep?'' he asked as he pulled her close to him.

At that, Jennie hissed a little.

''Sorry, darling.'' he said.

''Don't apologize. I'm fine, it just still hurts a little. That's all.'' she smiled at him and pressed a small kiss.

''I know, but it's my fault you're sore. I should have been more gentle. Sorry love.'' he said as he cuddled up to her like a little puppy.

''I already told you not to apologize, but you can make amends if you want.''

''I'll do anything.''

''Just take good care of me all day.'' she laughed.

''As your highness wishes.'' he told her.

''Well, you promised me something yesterday. Do you remember?''

''What exactly are you talking about?'' he asked.

''You promised me a morning bath. You remember.'' she replied.

Taehyung quickly got up from the bed and ran to the bathroom so he could fill the tub.

When the tub was full of water he ran back to his room, picked Jennie up bridal style and made his way to the bathroom again.

TIME SKIP

It was about two o'clock and they were both lying in bed, cuddling and giving each other soft kisses.

''I'm hungry love. Shall we go downstairs and eat?" asked Jennie.

''And what would you like. I'll cook you anything you want.''

''Won't the servant cook for us?

''I gave them the day off yesterday and today so we wouldn't be disturbed.''

''I don't know. Surprise me.'' she laughed.

Taehyung smiled and helped Jennie out of bed.

''Can you walk or do you want me to carry you?'' he asked.

''I guess I can carry myself, but if you're so willing you can carry me.'' she said happily.

Taehyung picked her up bridal style and walked down with her.

When they came downstairs Taehyung carried her into the living room and laid her on the sofa.

''Relax, turn on the TV and I'll go cook the food.'' he said, kissed her forehead and went to the kitchen.
