I can hear my friends voices from outside, they're laughing so loudly that you can't miss them

Kailah's house is in the middle of her equestrian club, it's such a peaceful area , only greenery and all the horses

Only Kailah is the loudest in her house

One of the staff members notices me and smiles at me immediately

" Good evening Miss Montgomery " he greets me

I smile back " good evening Michael, is Miss Diaz here ? "

A loud laughter catches our attention, and we smile to each other cause we get the answer

I walk to her mansion, I know the place very well

Kailah's house is only made of wood and glass, I love it here, even in the middle of LA, you feel like you are in the countryside

I find my friends in the dining room, laughing, and each other has a glass of wine in their hands and there is a long tray of cheese and crackers, fruits and ham in the middle of the table

Knowing Kailah, this might be just the appetizer

" Hello ! " I say softly in the corner

Two pairs of eyes turn in my direction and an other scream follows " here's the bride to be "

I smile and walk towards them, I wonder if they're not drunk

" Oh my goodness, is that the proposal ring ? " Asks Suki as she takes my hand in hers to check

" Yeah " I reply vaguely

" This is such an expensive ring " says Kailah while pouring wine in an empty glass for me

" He's wealthy...being expensive is his lifestyle " I just reply

" Well, does he have a cousin ? " Asks Kailah " I love expensive people "

I chuckle as I take the glass of wine from her hand

" It's not only expensive, it's also very pretty , such a subtle and sophisticated piece , your fiance has taste " says Suki " since the day he picked you as his target, we know he has taste " she adds

I roll my eyes at the word fiance, I still can't believe that Jeon Jungkook is the one they're calling my fiance, and they're way too natural while saying it

I can't accept it myself, how is it that easy for them to accept?

" Did he ask for your measurements? It fits so well too " notices Kailah

" No, but he for sure took my hand many times, I guess he was taking the measurements in his head " I reply with sarcasm

They laugh, amused

" I still can't believe that you are going to get married " says Suki

" I can't believe it myself...and I still can't believe it's with Jeon Jungkook " I confide

" How do you feel about it? " Asks Suki

" I don't know how to feel, and honestly how I feel doesn't matter cause I'll marry him anyway "

" Did you already pick the date ? "

" Not yet, we have dinner at his parents house this Sunday, maybe after...we will know about the date and planning...I just know he wants a religious wedding ceremony and also a big reception party "

Suki smiles " big reception party ? Now you are talking to me "

I laugh softly as I sip in my glass
