"Baby?"
Rhea slowly began to wake up, the bright sun was glaring through the window. She opened her eyes trying to move some hair from her face when she saw the IV needle in her hand. She brought her hand down and ran her other hand around the needle confused.
"Stop messing with your IV."
She looked up to see Daryl in the corner of the cell watching her. She sat up quickly with a smile on her face "Dad you made it."
He laughed getting off the ground "I can say the same for you." He said before sitting on the bed shooking his head "You gave me quite a scare."
"I'm sorry dad." She leaned closer to him and gave him a hug. When they broke up the hug she looked at him with a smile "Where is everyone?"
"Resting. You should too." Daryl suggested, but she shook her head, she needed to find Xander and tell him the truth.
"No, I need to find Xan." She said with a smile "I'm going to tell him. How I feel about him."
Daryl smiled at his daughter. He couldn't believe that his little girl has fallen in love for the first time and was going to say to the boy she loves how she feels. It reminded him of him and Mia when they were her age.
"Dad you're okay with this right?"
Daryl sigh and walked towards his daughter and put his hands on her shoulders making her look at him. "No father is ready or okay when his little girl falls in love for the first time baby. Because that means that she grew up and she is finding her own way. For me you'll always be my little girl and I love you. Xander is a good boy and I know he would protect you and he've been there for you since the moment you've met. So go now and tell the boy how you feel, you deserve it."
He then leaned foward and kiss her on the forehead. Rhea smiled at him, before she slowly stepped out of the cell.
"Look who's up." The girl heard and turned over to see Glenn and Maggie. She smiled and walked over.
"You look better." She teased him making Glenn laughed.
"I'm not dying." He answered causing the Dixon girl to laugh this time.
Maggie smiled at the girl "Thanks for taking care of him, while you were in here."
Rhea shook her head "No. He took care of me. Gave me hope." She said before she head downstairs.
