Heatwave didn't really tell the others that he spoke to Frankie (Well, except Cody) as she was knocked out and it certainly didn't seem too important to discuss at the time.
Heatwave was actually a little worried as to whether or not she just so happens to know the secret, after all, he only revealed it knowing it would end up saving her life in the end. He couldn't really trust her with it, as his own personal opinion but ended up asking Cody to see if he could make her slip up to get an explanation regarding the identity of the bots.
The other bots were eventually told of the situation as well as the rest of the Burns family but they knew it was pretty much out of their control, whatever Frankie did with the information she may have was ultimately up to her. They couldn't wipe what had happened but they all would have to prepare for the fact that anything could now happen.
For now, they just had to rely on Cody to get more information. they couldn't yet prove whether or not she knew but figuring that out would make a difference for them all.
