There has been one weird question the Burns family had, which was simple: What exactly happens to Energon when it is hot.
Obviously the bots only would warm it to a certain temperature but never had anyone dared to go beyond that amount, after all, they had no idea what could happen. Yet, after dealing with giant pizza dough, they decided it was finally time to test that idea out.
It turned out really bad, it exploded (which happened outside for the sake of safety and did this on an island) and by far was a painful experience for the bots as it was basically like getting a third degree burn. Their metal was so irritated for days, and Ratchet even lectured them for a good while when he did manage to find out about it.
None of the humans were injured through this, and the cleaning up of the entire mess surely was no fun. Yet, they all had quickly vowed to never do any of that stuff again anytime soon.
