Boulder loves butterflies, no one knows how he loves them, because he first hated their guts.
They were certainly beautiful, but someone showed him this fictional movie on these killer butterflies and scared the living daylights out of him. Although he was told on countless occasions that it was all fake, he would scream every single time he saw one.
He did grow out of that habit though, and now he would silently sit in the grass and just let himself be an entire bush for butterflies to land on. There was one point in which Graham found him just covered in a ton of different ones at a certain point in time.
Boulder did get all of the other bots to join him in this too, which led to them all just being covered in butterflies for a good bit as some sort of break from rescue work. Heatwave even got Hightide to join in on it as some sort of little date.
In the long run, they kept asking Heatwave when he was actually going to stop saying the one chance thing every time because he has done it three times already and doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon for that.
But still, Butterflies.
