The bots question if it really was a good idea to randomly reveal they were aliens to Griffin Rock.
This one is for the first Episode of Season 4, which leads to the last stretch of parts in this book and to more stuff to learn. I'm surprised I'm already here now.

"Guys, do you think it was a good idea?" Blades asks, finding himself in question for the more recent events that went down. "
"To reveal ourselves to Griffin Rock?" Boulder asks, and Blades nods to confirm. Boulder waits a moment as he thinks, trying to really think how good it was to do such a thing. "I don't know."
"Technically speaking, there are pros and cons to this arrangement." Chase says, but then he sort of loses the whole bit of it. "Heatwave, do you think we made the right decision?"
"Hah?!" Heatwave obviously had not been paying attention to the conversation, after all, there was something else clearly bugging him. "What?!"
"Still thinking about it?" Blades asks, all of the bots quickly knowing that Heatwave was still thinking about what happened all the way back when they saved Griffin Rock.
"Yeah, but I'm also thinking about what we did." Heatwave responds. "I thought I would be happy now that we don't have to hide anymore, but, I just fake that right now. I can't fake being happy because I'm just not happy."
"Why does it feel like we just lost everything then?" Boulder asks the group discussion. "Does anyone else feel like we just lost everything?"
"I don't know." Chase says, actually finding himself to be very uncertain with everything that has happened. "What will happen with our lives now though?"
They all sit in silence, not even knowing what to do next at this rate. They all eventually just departed themselves from the conversation, and yet, only two bots still remained.
"Everything alright?" Blades questions, seeing how Heatwave looks lost in thought.
"I keep having these 'dreams', parts of my life that I don't remember." He explains. "There's only been a couple but the fact that I can't recognize it really bothers me."
"Maybe your memory is coming back." Blades says, being the only explanation he has for this.
"I want to believe that, but part of me can't." He didn't really want to sound depressing but it was. "I don't know why but maybe it's because I'm still worried I'll forget it all. The ones I've seen are good, so why did they have to disappear?"
"Heatwave." Blades went to hug the bot, notice how he seemed on the verge of tears. "It probably did that to protect you."
"But they were so happy." Heatwave let himself be hugged, keeping himself composed enough to not start crying. "I was so lost in most of them and yet she kept telling me I would be happy."
There was a moment of silence, stretching with the words the bot had just spoken.
"Maybe it's trying to tell you something." Blades says, throwing something out there. "Maybe your happiness has finally come."
"What?"
"Think about it, these memories only disappeared because you lost the joy that went with them." Blades says, pretty much making up an explanation that would work in this. "Maybe now, it's telling you that you can be happy again because all the bad is over, that you don't have to suppress the feelings you have."
"I don't know how to feel." Heatwave states.
"That's because you haven't let yourself feel properly for a long time." Blades explains. "But you're free now, and you figure out how to feel."
"Maybe you're right."
"I am definitely right." Blades stops hugging him. "All you need to know is that we'll all be here if you need us, ok?"
Heatwave paused, taking in the words that he heard. He debated what to respond but then found himself just deciding to let go, knowing that this wasn't something to just think about anymore.
"Ok."
They would support him, even if it was difficult. For once, he felt open. The feeling was something strange, a good feeling that he had never felt before in his entire life.
"What are you doing?" Blades asks, really wanting to know why Heatwave is staring at him with such an awkward expression.
Heatwave didn't even realize what he had been doing, taking a moment to realize what had gone on in his train of thought.
"I'm trying to smile." He responds, figuring it out.
"Oh." Blades says, trying to sound supportive. "I think we need to work on that."
