~Next week...

~Aqua's POV~

Today was the day that I was going to start becoming a stronger girl. I was going to Carmilla Carmine's Fighting School with Rachel. I was a little nervous, but I made a promise to Rachel that I'd go with her. And this was the only way to be even stronger not just for myself, but for all the sinners I loved. Especially Husky and Angel Dust.

They were both with me in the lobby helping me get prepared for my first day of training.

"You excited toots?" Angel asked me.

"A little." I responded back.

"You'll do just fine." Husky smiled at me.

"I wanna go over the list again just in case."

"Okay love." Husky asked me. He took out his reading glasses and was looking at a paper. "Go over everything you have in your bag."

"Okay." I said as I looked in my duffle bag. "Let's see... change of clothes, towels, water bottle, first aid kit, mermaid scales, and protein bars."

"Sounds like you've got everything." Angel nodded.

"I agree." Husky said as he puts his reading glasses away. "You're all set."

"Not yet."

"What's missing?"

"A kiss." I giggled softly.

He chuckled. "Come here darlin." he said as he dipped me.

I giggled and kissed him. "Mmm~" I wagged my tail in the kiss.

"Mmm~ Marshmallow lip gloss~" he chuckled as he picked me back up and pulled away.

"Okay sis, let's get going." Rachel said as she approached us with Alastor and Lucifer next to her.

"You'll be late. So here's a portal to bring you both there." Lucifer said as he summoned a portal for us.

"Okay sis. Let's go." I said. "Bye Angel, bye Husky." I gave both of them a hug.

"Have a good one bestie." Angel said.

"Be safe my love." Husky said as he kissed my cheek goodbye.

"I will." I said as I kissed his cheek goodbye as well. "See you soon." I waved to them as I walked into the portal with Rachel.

After the portal closed behind us, I looked around a really big room with nothing but training equipment and weapons. There were a lot of students in the room training together.

"Welcome to Carmilla's Fighting School sis. You're gonna like it here." Rachel said.

"Ahh, Rachel. You're here." a voice spoke out.

I turned around to see a really tall lady approaching us. I wanted to hide behind Rachel, but I stood right next to her to be brave. 'Wow. She's a really giant woman.' I thought to myself.

"Hello Miss Carmilla." Rachel bowed to her.

"Are you ready for your training? We have a lot to do." she told her.

"Yes ma'am. Oh, and I have somebody with me."

"Oh?" she looked at me. "She looks like you Rachel."

"This is Aqua. She's my friend."

"It's nice to meet you Miss Carmilla. I would like to join your class." I said.

"Very well. Now then, no more pleasantries. My training and my time are adequate. So you're going to listen and listen well." Carmilla said.

"Yes ma'am." Rachel and I said it at the same time.

After we were fully settled in, Carmilla was in the middle of the room. "Alright. For today's lesson we will be learning how to dodge attacks. My daughters Odette and Clara will be assisting for the day." she said as 2 girls were positioned in front of us.

I was ready to face a dark skinned girl with white hair and devil horns. I was hesitant, but I looked down at my locket Husky gave me. "I'll make you proud Husky." I whispered to the locket and gave it a kiss for good luck.

"Remember sis. Pick a weapon from the wall behind you and move quickly." Rachel said as she got into position.

"Gotcha." I said as I got into position as well.

"Begin!" Carmilla said.

Clara charged at me with her weapon and tried to attack me. But I did a backflip towards the weapon wall.

"Say. You're good." Clara said.

"Likewise." I said as I grabbed a sword from the wall and charged at her.

We clashed our weapons together until she managed to knock me down. She was about to attack me until I dodged to the side and got back up.

"Impressive." Carmilla said.

I smiled knowing that I was starting to get the hang of the training. So I continued training with Clara.

~3 hours later...

"Phew... what a workout." I said as I was drinking my water and eating my protein bar. "That was intense."

"Yes it was." Rachel nodded.

It really was an intense workout. We were going through everything according to Carmilla's lesson plan. We were completing everything from dodging attacks to handling weapons. All that exercising got my muscles aching and my body covered in sweat from head to tail. It wasn't easy, but I managed to do it with a few falls.

"Now I know your secret to the perfect body."

Rachel giggled as she wiped the sweat off of her forehead. "That's training with Carmilla for you."

"Both of you have worked very hard." Carmilla said. "Not bad for your first day here Aquamarine."

"Thanks ma'am." I wagged my tail a lot.

"And I am very impressed with you Rachel. You've gotten stronger these past few weeks."

"Thank you ma'am." Rachel said.

"Show off." I teased her.

"Aquamarine?" Carmilla called my name.

"Yes ma'am?" I asked her.

"I sense that you have a lot of rage when you fight. You need to stay focused and keep your balance to all costs. Otherwise, you will get backstabbed here in Hell." she explained.

"Yes ma'am." I nodded.

She was right. I was getting angry while I was in training. There were still a lot of things that made me angry. Like Valentino mistreating my Angel. And also the rage I still had pent up inside me from when I faced my rapist RedClaw. I really do have to stay focused or else I will fail.

Suddenly, a portal appeared beside us and Lucifer came out of there.

"Lucifer, you came to pick us up?" I smiled.

"Hurry you two! We need to get back to the hotel ASAP!" he said in a panic.

"What's happening?"

"The egg is cracking!"

I gasped. "Oh my gosh!" I grew excited.

Rachel gasped as well. "Oh my gosh, my baby! Let's go!" she said as she jumped into Lucifer's arms.

"Let's get moving!" I said as I jumped into the portal. "Bye Miss Carmilla, see you next time!" I waved to her.

"Goodbye." she waved back.

Lucifer and Rachel both made it through the portal and it closed right behind us. I was really excited now that I've gotten stronger, and now I'm about to witness the miracle of birth.
