Nurse: "Chopper 305, I'm heading up to the roof now. Over."
Man: "Copy that. Medevac 305, approaching the pad.
*One minute before blackout...*
Nurse: "Medevac, I see you!"
"It's weird." Manny says.
"What's that?"
"The place where this heart's coming from, that was a tragedy. But once we land, it's gonna turn into a miracle, right?" Asked Manny.
"Yeah, I like that. Miracle incoming. Ah, I can't see the pad... hang on! Pulling up!"
The 118 met up in the hallway...
"Generators should've kicked in automatically. Something's wrong." Ashleigh tells them.
All their bodies stumbled, hearing the booming noise above them.
"Uh, that came from the roof." Ashleigh said.
"Let's go." Hen said.
The firefighters ran out of the hospital, staring up at the helicopter.
"The generators are gonna have to wait." Bobby says.

The 118 arrived on the roof...
"Window washing cables. This thing's holding on by a thread, Cap." Eddie said.
Bobby: "118, I want ropes, webbing, and the heavy winch on the rooftop, double-time."
"We're not waiting for any of that, right?" Asked Ashleigh.
"No! First thing we do is get these rotors turned off. Buck, Ash, you check that cabin and see what we got. Eddie, you're with me." Bobby said.
Buck opened the helicopter door, climbing inside.
"Kid! Can you hear me?!" Ashleigh asked, shouting loudly.
"Can't move." Manny muttered.
Ashleigh: "Hen, this is Ash. I need you to bring me a backboard and C-collar from inside."
Hen: "Copy that."
"Hang in there, kid; we're gonna put this fire out and then get you out, okay?" Asked Ashleigh.
"It's slipping!" Eddie shouted.
Bobby ran over, trying to help Eddie hold onto the helicopter.
The helicopter shifted, Ashleigh's body hit a glass window, smashing it, and Ashleigh grabbed a handrail quickly, hanging out of the helicopter.
"Ash!" Buck shouted.
Ashleigh grunted, looking down at the ground below her, and Ashleigh managed to pull herself back inside the helicopter.
"Manny? How long have you been a paramedic?" Ashleigh asked.
"Been at it for almost a month." Manny says.
"Oh, wow. You're lucky, Manny! It was a while before I got to see any real action." Ashleigh tells Manny.
"This ain't quite the action I was hoping for." Said Manny.
"You're gonna be okay, kid." Ashleigh says.
"Eddie, let's get the pilot out of here!" Buck shouted.
They pulled the pilot out, then Eddie grunted, climbing onto the helicopter standing above Ashleigh, reaching down his hand, and Ashleigh grabbed his hand, pulling her up slightly.
"Backboard! Ash, what we got?" Hen asked, running over and handing Eddie the backboard.
"Spinal. I'm guessing cervical. I need to flip him on this backboard." Ashleigh tells her.
"Ash, that's a two-person job." Hen said.
"I'm available! Trick is, how's she gonna manage that in here?" Asked Eddie.
"The backboard's long enough to cover this opening." Ashleigh said.
"You're gonna flip me over the window?" Manny asked, looking up at Ashleigh.
"I know. It's not optimal, Manny." Said Ashleigh.
"No, very not optimal!" Manny shouted.
"Listen, she can do this, Manny!" Eddie shouted.
"It'll work. Strap him in. We'll figure out a way to pull him out." Hen says.
Hen looked away from the helicopter, then back, and Hen ran away.
"All right, flip him on three, Ash. One, two, three!" Eddie shouted.
Ashleigh and Eddie flipped Manny onto the backboard.
"How you doing, Manny?" Ashleigh asked, beginning to strap him in.
