Responding to a fire at a prison, Bobby and the 118 find themselves trapped in a deadly riot.

At a prison, some prisoners were being taken into another building...

"I'll take lane six and size 12 shoes, please."

"My dad said you've been using that same bad joke since way back when he still worked here."

"Yeah? One of these days, it's gonna get a laugh, brother. Oh, hey. Say hello to your old man for me, all right?"

The officer walked through a door.

"How's it looking out there, Eyes?" Asked Vaughn.

"Like, they all want to kill me."

"You say that every day." Vaughn tells him.

"I mean it every day."

"Good morning, Doc." Vaughn says.

"It's 4:00 p.m."

"Well, it's morning to me. Hello, sir." Vaughn said.

"I need you to be on high alert today, Vaughn. Inmates have been acting extra combative lately."

"Any idea why?" Vaughn asked.

"Could be the new warden's reforms, but I don't know. Feels like somebody's been agitating."

"Copy that. Where do you want me?" Asked Vaughn.

"The usual. Mitchell needs a walk."

"Not again." Vaughn muttered, stopping a few feet behind him.

"You're the only one he likes."

Vaughn then walked to a cell, opening the slider.

"Hands." Vaughn says.

Mitchell stood up from the bed and walked over to the door, putting his hands through the small hole, and Vaughn placed cuffs on his wrists.

"All right, let's go. You know the drill." Vaughn said.

Mitchell was outside, standing in front of a fence, eating an apple.

"This guy is so freaking weird." Vaughn muttered.

Vaughn then saw Mitchell drop the apple on the floor.

"Hey, no littering." Said Vaughn.

Mitchell bent down, picking up the apple, and Vaughn's watch began beeping.

"All right, time's up. Let's pack it in." Vaughn tells him.

Mitchell walked over to him, tossing his apple in the bin and holding out his wrists, and Vaughn placed the cuffs back on.

Mitchell walked back inside the prison with Vaughn and saw a line of prisoners walking past.

A prisoner placed his hand in his pocket and ran at Vaughn, holding something.

Josh: "This is 911 Metro. Is this a drill?"

Man: "This is Security Chief Isaacs at Jamestown State Prison. The code is 57-Charlie-Adam-James. Colour of the day is yellow."

Josh: "Confirmed: code yellow."

Man: "Sitrep: Inmates have broken free of containment and have taken control of Cell Blocks A and C. We have multiple fires burning, and the ventilation system is pushing smoke throughout the prison. Situation is critical. I repeat, this is not a drill."

Later, the 118 arrived outside the prison

Later, the 118 arrived outside the prison...

"The unrest started in Cell Block Two and spread quickly. Then a handful of prisoners took out the fire suppression system and started setting fires around the facility."

Eddie was helping Ashleigh put on her tank to help her breathe in the fire.

"We managed to put out the smaller fires, but the biggest one's still burning in the HVAC corridor."

"What are we walking through to get to the fire?" Asked Bobby.

The firefighters were with the guards inside the building...

Man: "Eyes, buzz us through."

Eyes held a phone against his ear, pushing a button to allow them in.

"The riot's only 40% contained at the moment, so you'll be escorted by four of my men in full protection gear carrying nonlethal weaponry. The main corridor is clear and locked down tightly. We'll get you in and out safely."

"Safe close." Buck whispered, staring at Ashleigh and Hen.

"You just have to take care of that fire."

The men in full protection gear led the firefighters to where the fire was holding out their guns.

One of the men swiped their badges, and the door beeped, opening, then allowing the firefighters to go in.

The firefighters ran down a hallway, then Bobby and Buck opened the doors. Ashleigh and Eddie began spraying the fire with water.

Ashleigh stepped in further, standing closer.

"That thing is gonna keep sucking smoke up into the system. Okay, Ravi, go find the kill switch. You let me know when you got it." Bobby tells him.

Ravi ran past a couple of firefighters, running over to the switch and pulling on it.

"We got it, Cap." Ravi says.

"All right, guys, knock it down, knock it down." Bobby tells them.

Bobby then walked over to the guys in protection gear who were still waiting for them.

"All right, Garcia, fire's out." Bobby said.

"Sorry. Block Three's blowing up. I got to go deal with that." Garcia says.

"What about our escort?" Asked Bobby.

"Block Two is still locked down. Wilkinson can handle your walk-out. Come on, let's go." Garcia tells them.

"Okay, 118, let's go. We're on the move." Bobby says.

Bobby took the lead, and the firefighters walked behind him.

They continued walking until Bobby held up a hand, stopping Ashleigh.

"What is that? Is someone else in here?" Asked Ashleigh.

"No, this area should be secure." Said Wilkinson.

"Over here." Bobby said.

They walked over, finding two guys lying on the ground.

Ashleigh dropped her bag, kneeling down beside one of the men.

"Holy crap. That's Mitchell. I wonder who got the drop on him." Wilkinson says.

"Maybe one of your colleagues. It doesn't look like he held back, either. Airway's compromised. We're probably looking at a crunched trachea." Ashleigh murmured, staring over at Hen.

"All right, we gotta move. Stand up." Wilkinson tells her.

"Whoa, whoa, hey. These men are injured." Hen says.

"Oh, and the guy in the shackles has got a nasty gash in his lower abdomen." Ashleigh said.

"They're scumbags. Leave 'em here." Said Wilkinson.

Man: "We've lost control of Block One. All guards, fall back."
