May and Claudette were still sitting inside the quiet room, having no clue what was happening...
"Why is it so hot in here?" Asked Claudette.
"Yeah. It's hotter on this side." May said, standing up from the chair.
"Yeah." Claudette says.
"It feels like it's coming from someplace over here." May said, standing beside a wall and crouching down.
Claudette stood up, walking over to May, and May placed her hand on the floor.
"Something's wrong. Something's very wrong." May muttered, standing up and staring at Claudette.
Claudette walked over to the door opening it, and Claudette saw the fire completely cover the hallway.
May and Claudette stared at the fire.

"Claudette, get back." May says, stepping back into the room.
Claudette just stood there, staring at the fire.
"Claudette, get back." Said May.
But to Claudette, it sounded like it was echoed.
"Get back!" May shouted, pulling Claudette into the room and closing the door.
"I don't like fire. I don't like it. I don't like fire. I don't like fire." Claudette muttered.
May's mouth opened, staring at Claudette, then back at the fire, then at Claudette.
Taylor arrived on the scene in a helicopter...
Taylor was standing a safe distance away from the building, but the building was in view of the camera.
Taylor: "If you're just joining us, the Downtown Metro Dispatch Center has suffered some kind of power surge, which, as you can see, has sparked a fire inside the building. Evacuations are in progress, although I'm hearing that the danger has not spread to the actual dispatch floor yet."
Back in the room where Claudette and May were, the room was filling up with smoke...
Claudette coughed, and May coughed, entering the room.
"There's no way out the other direction. Both hallways are fully involved." May muttered, crouching down, opening the fridge, and grabbing two water bottles. "But somebody's got to be coming for us."
"Nobody's coming. They can't save us." Claudette mumbled, sliding against the wall and sitting down on the floor.
"Huh, you don't know a thing about Ashleigh Gilbert. Claudette, she's risked her life for me, and she'll do it again. I bet you anything."

May decided to keep the fact Ashleigh's pregnant to herself. May removed her jacket.
"Okay, give me your jacket so I can wet it. Come on! Your jacket." May says.
Claudette coughed, and May removed her jacket, revealing the burns on Claudette's back.
