"So tell me about yourself you know all about me, I know this since you won the contest, but I wanna know about you, what does your parents do for a living? Like your dad what does he do?" I asked and she smiled because this is what I should have done when we first met instead of doing me and making her do what I wanted to do, I looked at her and she just smiled.
"Well my dad Hawk that's his name he's a lawyer one of the biggest and best lawyers in All of Atlanta" she says and smiles
"Yall get along?" I asked
"Yea he's the best he's (she starts to tear up) he's" she says but gets cut off
"Wait time out" I make a T with my hands "you don't have to do this part okay I don't want you to cry"
"It's okay" she said and I took her hands and kissed them.
"I love you bae" I said
"I love you too" she says and leans over to me and hugs me tight.
"Okay time in" I said
"My dad and I have a wonderful relationship I'm his little princess if didn't win this contest he would have brought you to me somehow his words not mine" she said and smiled
"Word? It'll cost a lot to get me to come do a personal appearance" I said and she smiled again
"My dad would have paid anything to see his princess happy" she said
"So what does your mom do for a living?" I asked
"She own her own restaurant very good if your ever in Atlanta you should stop by if you like that down home cooking" she said
"That's what's up I love food tho, I likes to get my eat on" I said and we laughed
"Well then you need to stop by there next time you and Kae are in town." She said
"Okay what's your life like back home what do you do? Do you work? School?" I asked
"I don't work I mean I help out at my mom's restaurant for free I don't get paid for that and I'm in school to be a lawyer" she said and is was a shock I mean a BIG shock I never knew that.
"Really?" I asked
"Yea 1 more year of school then I'm done and I'll take the bar exam then I'll be able to work at my dad's law firm." She says and I was stunned she gave up law school to be with me I felt kinda.
"WOW really you mad smart to be in law school, I can always use great lawyers on my team" I said
"Yea well I don't think you could afford us" she laughed and I laughed with her. We sat there and talked for at least 2 or 3 hours she was telling me everything things I didn't even know. I felt like a piece of shit cause there was so much I didn't know about her and I knew she was an amazing woman but the stuff she was telling me was mind blowing and I felt even worst at the end of our talk cause she gave up her life to just be with me I guess it showed on my face.
