"Guys look what I found!" Scar was waving a piece of paper in front of their faces.

"What is this?" Grian took the paper and stared at it for a while.

"Where did you get this?" His eyes started glowing purple.

"Griba?" Pearl looked at her brother.
Gem took the paper from him and handed it to Pearl .
Grian's attention was fully concentrated on Scar but the magician didn't looked even slightly scared.

"Chill out little prince."He patted Grian's head and smiled at him. Grian started at him confused.

Scar tuned to Pearl.
"So this is the Jimmy?"Gem interjected.
"Yes.. that's my brother and the man next to him?"

"That would be Tango. He and Jimmy visited me a few times.-"

Pearl looked at the Tango person... Jimmy's secret love...
Fire hair, bright red eyes and a calm smile.

"And you have their picture because -? "

"I have lots of pictures of my customers just in case."
Scar laughed just like he had said a funny joke but only he knows what it was.

"Do you know where he is now?"
Grian put Jellie down.

"Uh -No! but I can make a special spell to locate him." Scar looked at the clock.
"It should be ready by tomorrow morning."

Pearl and Grian fell asleep on Scar's couch. Gem couldn't sleep so she went to see what Scar was doing. For a split second she could swear she saw Grian eyes open or maybe she just imagined things.

She resisted on the door frame .
"You know where their brother is. Am I right?"

Scar jumped, suprise to see Gem but his expression changed quickly.
"I think you know the answer."
He replied not looking at her and fully concentrated at what he was doing.

"You send them there!?"

Scar didn't answer.
Gem walked closer to him and put her hands on his shoulder making him look at her.
"Looked at me and tell me you didn't send innocent people into the centre of the End."

Scar avoided her eyes.

"Scar!"
She pushed him back.
"I can't believe you!"

Gem turned to leave but she stopped in the door frame and turned to face him.
'I thought you had changed.' her eyes were saying.
"I'll stay here but only to protect them from you."
She slammed the door.

Scar sighed and looked at him hands.
He laughed.
"Looked what you had done. Are you happy?" He looked at the ceiling where a dark gloving substance was falling on the floor.

"Have nothing to say huh?"
Suddenly Scar felt like something was burning his lungs.
"Okay..I I'm sorry -"he said weakly and it stopped. Scar took a few deep breaths.

After a moment he looked at the unfinished compass.
"Let's finish this quickly."

"You talked to him?"
The servant came into the dark room.

"Yes. He'll bring us some fresh 'meat'." The Sculk Maser's eyes glow slowly .

"Why? I thought you didn't care about them after the last two ran away with a warden."

The Sculk Master walked closer to the servant .
"I don't." They smiled.
"But I have an idea how to make Scar join us."
They turned.
"I hope you'll take care of Gem and anyone who would be a problem."

The servant nod.
"Of course."

"Good."
The Sculk Master disappeared into the sculk.

Next morning or maybe a midday Scar was showing the compass to Grian and Pearl.

"You say it's pointing directly to location when Jimmy is?"

"Well yes, of course!" He smiled.

Pearl saw Gem looking weirdly at Scar since they have woken up but she didn't want to bother her with asking. ' It's probably none of my business anyway'

"So now we just need to follow it? "

"Yes"Scar took the compass from Grian. "When we'll be close it will start glowing and when you find your dear brother it will simply disappear into small gloving particles."

"I didn't thought it would be that easy to find him "
The twins smiled at each other.

The true adventure finally begins.
